DONT EVER DO A SHORT SALE with these people. Poor follow up and communication, you want to trust that they are the experts and know what they are doing, unfortunately, they are overall poor communicators, do not tell the whole story and if you have anything complex, I would avoid them at all costs. The bank had started foreclosure and the agent was oblivious, even when locks were on the door she never contacted me, and was still saying" we are almost there, we have the buyer, " the buyer was not even bidding close to what the bank wanted and for over a YEAR they kept with the same buyer, and TWICE the bank rejected the bid and asked them to come up and they DIDNT and STILL they kept with the buyer. When house values started to go up , I asked about converting to a regular sale and they wouldn't do it. I fired them and now thank god have a trustworthy agent, but all that time I trusted they were doing the right thing when they were doing nothing. Rarely communicated with me unless I called, it was always we are working on it, have the negotiators working on things. I cannot believe that I hung in there that long. I blame myself for that . I do. But it is sunk costs sometimes when people keep saying we are almost there just another extension one more month. you want to believe it is true.

Applied to rent a house in Fairfax area. House claimed to be pet friendly, but was very hesitant upon learning breed of my dog. After stringing us along for 5 days, they said they would accept our application on a Friday. Ramaswamy Balasubramanian was our contact, and they were very unprofessional about everything. They sent us the lease one night before they expected us to move in, and added almost $300 of additional fees for air filter replacements and cleaning services. A classic bait and switch scenario where the house was listed for a price, and then added charges in lease in order to nickel and dime us. Meanwhile, as we walked into their office, the agent sat across from us and rolled his eyes several times, as if we were a burden to him for expressing these concerns. After hearing our concerns, he stands up, and says "you know what? You are within your rights to sign or not sign. No one is forcing you to do anything." While this may be the case, the fact that they expected us to not bring up these concerns when the lease wasnt handed to us until the night before is absolutely ridiculous. Once he stated our right to sign or not sign, he said he would give us 5 minutes to decide and walked out. Not 2 minutes after walking out, he comes back and says, "you know what guys? We're not going to reach a deal." I dont think I have ever met someone who was so rude, and un-professional in my life. A complete waste of time to work with these people, and I would advise EVERYONE to avoid working with these people. I can not say the same for everybody at Keller Williams, but unless youre fine with being strung along, getting the lease sent to you in an extremely untimely manner, and working with someone who obviously doesn't want to hear your concerns, then STAY AWAY.

They suck!!! The Reynolds team sucks!!!! don't return calls. Would not show me a house. Cheated me out of it. Four days later the house is under contract, Ready to pay full price plus closing. The sellers loss. The Reynolds screwed the seller. I have a pre approval too. My advice, don't use Sarah and Debbie Reynolds!!!!!!! Ethics Ethics Ethics!!!

Requested a referral for an agent for our house valuation & advice on house renovations/updates Was instantly connected with a fabulous agent, who Immediately reached out to set up an appointment. Answered all our questions thoroughly, very professional, showed up on time and went above and beyond what we expected. Came very prepared and did lots of research of numbers in the area beforehand (aka did his homework). Would recommend working with this office, very impressed!

There are many wonderful real estate agents that work from this office. One of them is Tim Finefrock, he leads a fabulous business education group that is a networking group with keynote speakers that Bring breakfast. It's free, it's a meet up and it occurs every first and third Thursday of the month from 7:15 to 8:30am. Get your networking done before you even go to your business.

One of their realtors, Paramjit Mahey, accepted an application on a property without telling my housing consultant or me, let us tour the property, gave us information on submitting an application, and told me to send in an application, security deposit, and processing fee after already renting the unit to someone else. After confirming I sent the money (via cashiers check after I refused to send a money order) and application, he informed my housing consultant the property was rented. Now I'm out $1550 for up to 90 days, plus the cost of getting the checks, sending them via certified mail, and having to deal with recalling the application and checks without a guarantee it can be done by USPS (another $13). Not only is this extremely unprofessional, it's fraud.
