I hope this post isn’t too long, but we wanted to make sure we fully capture our buyer’s experience with Ms. Jamie Richards from Century 21 Redwoods.Bottom line up front – We’ll be asking Jamie to represent us in all our future transactions. She is amazing! We’re recommending her to all our work colleagues and friends, and we hope she’ll represent our son as his buyer’s agent in his upcoming (first!) home purchase.To paint a better picture and hopefully inform other potential clients, we have some specifics from working with Jamie that really stood out to us:1. We were able to make better decisions because Jamie explained concepts to us that our previous realtors glossed over or failed to mention altogether. After working with Jamie, we can’t believe how little we really understood the buying process, and we wondered why our previous realtors hadn’t been helpful like this. This was our fifth real estate transaction, and we really wish we had Jamie’s coaching and insight for our previous ones.2. Jamie was SO responsive! Whether by text or phone or in-person, Jamie communicated with us all the time. When we had questions about a property or a seller, Jamie had answers fast. We almost felt bad that she spent so much time pretty much answering our questions on demand at all hours, but selfishly speaking this was incredible.3. Jamie is a skilled communicator and uses her personality and emotional IQ on behalf of her clients. A couple times we overheard her talking with other clients or agents and she was amazing with them, too. When it came to making offers and dealing with the other party’s realtors, we knew we had the best agent in the room.4. Jamie a really smart and committed. She has great area knowledge and real estate smarts. Even more important to us, Jamie is a hustler (in the good sense!) who was working for us nonstop. She’s obviously really talented at real estate, plus she has the commitment/motivation that sets the top 1% apart from other talented professionals.So our experience with Jamie was really exceptional! In the end, Jamie helped get us the house we love for a good price in a brutally competitive market. And we probably wouldn’t have gotten that house at a price we could afford without her.

In the high-pressure situation of buying or selling a home, Jamie minimized the stress from the very beginning of the process. She is thorough in the details to benefit her clients and made quick work (3 days) of selling my property. She was available for my constant questions and provided guidance that was unparalleled. Jamie really made my family and I's homeownership dream come true. Something that was once unfathomable to us became real and tangible with Jamie. She coached us every step of the way from the pre-approval process up until closing.I started learning about the home-buying process from attending free seminars that Jamie held for our community. These sessions were very informative and interactive. As I attended these sessions and Jamie broke down the steps to homeownership, the dream became more real for me.
