Convenient, although the entrance is not clear. Many shops, but the overall feel here is hectic.

I like the Safeway for the most part (a few hard working employees are amazing). I don't know if it's because of the high crime rate, but there are always police there sitting all day? One of the few places my car (knock on wood) has never been hit or dinged by someones door...even though parking can be a nightmare and there is no shade in the entire main parking lot. The people at the cleaners (see my review) are dishonest. The Jersey Mikes puts less meat in their sandwiches than Subway (see review). I don't care for most of the overpriced stores in the center. High turnover for businesses. The Reston community center is okay, but bums frequent the area...don't know when a planned community turned into the slums of CA where I grew up.

I've never had an issue in the shopping center, although others have mentioned that it can be dangerous at night after dark. I typically only go here to go to Weber's pet supermarket or the Kung Fu tea place that's next door to it but occasionally I will go to the safeway. Daytime, the shopping center is fine, just keep your eyes open if you are here at night.
