I should give 0 to this bank. Service is really bad, they need to verify the phone. We are at branch in person, they sent the code in front of us, we give they the code in minute. But their system not accepting. People working over there are terrible and refusing additional assistance. Plus this bank charges a lot of service fee every month. If you want no service and charge you money every month go this bank.

The associate (woman, don't remember the name, bit she worked on September 29th around noon) is WORTHLESS! I came from other state specifically for submission of documents for my last name change. She did something, but three weeks later no new card and on the phone with credit cards department I found out that they never received any requests for the name change!

Poor service. Went in to open a business account and was told away by "Salisha khan" whos apparently a VP before I even got a chance to speak to a representative.

This bank is totally racist. They put freeze on my account for no reason then they ask me to bring my citizenship and passport. Why?I have a perfect credit, have paid off all my loans and mortgages and ext..,At the branch didn’t even follow up until I spent hours on phone to talk to customer service.They finally after I gave all documents, unfreezed my account. I am closing my account now.This is totally and absolutely raciest and discrimination against me just because I am middle eastern and a woman.Ofcourse they are going to deny.Can’t give o star

I came to this branch for the first time earlier today with about $20 worth of business, but the level of service and attention I received was unparalleled. I interacted with several employees over the course of my visit, all of whom were super friendly, efficient and professional. Thank you, you set the bar high!

Ms. Ramirez gave me excellent customer service but Frank Vincent is to be fired. Not friendly or professional at all. Told to go outside and wait while he stood around ignoring all the customers waiting.He is rude and lazy.

STAY AWAY FROM HSBC all together.It doesn’t even deserve one star.Horrible customer service, disgusting attitude of supervisors who aren’t willing to listen n help && with the current situation in Hong Kong I’d close up all my accounts n consider the credit unions.Better do it sooner then be sorry later on.
