The rudest pharmacist I have ever encountered in my life. ( very manly looking, I’m being serious)She has been very unsavory to me for months now. I let her know that she was quite rude, had no bedside manner at being a Pharmacist and that she shouldn’t be a pharmacist .

Horrible service. They tell you one thing over the phone and when you get there it's another and they have no idea who or why they "said" that.Drove 1 hour and a half for nothing! The people that work here are just rude and unprofessional.

I echo the sentiments of others with regard to the older blond, Caucasian pharmacist. This woman has a particularly unpleasant demeanor and seems to receive some level of enjoyment in complicating the prescription process. This is the health CARE industry and she's OBVIOUSLY in the wrong field. For years, I have filled prescriptions with this particular pharmacy location without issue but began encountering this woman end/early 2022/2023. Considering the complaints, I am quite surprised Harris Teeter keeps her on staff. I will be contacting their corporate office to file a formal complaint.

I called to transfer a medicine from CVS and the girl who picked up the phone was soooooo rude, she told me we won't help you, we are very busy , call CVS to deal with your medicine....they should hire people who really want to work and help others, DONT GO TO THIS PHARMACY!

Moved here from Ashburn where the Broadlands pharmacy was excellent. Reston pharmacy is horrible. Lost medications, incorrect copay’s, unknowledgeable staff, high turnover and combative is what you can expect from them. This is very uncharacteristic of the Harris Teeter that I’ve known elsewhere for 20 years. Looking for a new pharmacy asap.

This has been my pharmacy for several years. I have always had excellent service. They are extremely quick to fill prescriptions and always take the time to make sure I’m getting the best price. And besides all that — they are pleasant to deal with.

I almost let the reviews scare me off, but I'm really glad I didn't. Maybe the staffing has changed or circumstances were different before, but I've had nothing but excellent interactions with this team. They are always friendly and helpful with the pharmaceutical and financial aspects of their jobs. I will continue to fill all of my medications here.

I don't know who this supposed terrible pharmacist is, but I've never had anything like that. My best guess is one lady who's all business, but she's never been rude; the worst I can say is maybe she's a bit curt sometimes? I'm not there to stand around and make friends though, so I appreciate the efficiency. My one complaint is sometimes it's hard to get through over the phone, but once I do it's always been smooth sailing.

Pros : You have a job to support yourself and your family.Cons :Unrealistic goals set up by management.I worked for the company for more than 13 years and I was grateful for the opportunity. I had many chances to meet great store and district managers who showed me how to lead and manage. However, if you had a boss who did not know how to lead ,was lazy and demanding, as in my case in the last 5 years I was there, find a way to transfer to a different district or store. My DM would never be at the store or pharmacy whenever we had inventory which is unheard of. I worked for Giant for 5 years and I had a different DM before her, they were ALWAYS present when we had any big or important events. If my tech called out and I reached out to her for help, I would find a wall because she would ask me to call other stores, not her. (I guess I was spoiled from the days I worked for Giant). I am not here to be ungrateful to those who helped me to be where I am today. I do miss my days working at HT. I was a manager from the start and worked all the way until my Mom passed away then decided to step down. At the time I asked for extra time off but was not approved so I decided to step down and eventually let go a few months after stepping down . I am in a better place now and I am doing well. I just hope my colleagues will not have to experience what I experienced and I wish that if you decide to work for the company , luck will be on your side in terms of having a nice ,caring DM who would offer help when you need him or her.

Unbelievably rude especially the woman mentioned by others. I was feeling so sick yesterday and was snapped at while waiting to drop off my prescription. Called today to ask about Covid tests kits and the person who answered laughed and said 'all gone'. Good luck getting any business at all once Wegman's opens!

The absolute rudest most unprofessional pharmaceutical staff I have ever encountered. I wouldn’t recommend this pharmacy to anyone.

I have shopped here for 15 years and never had anything like this happen. I had waited in line 14 minutes and suddenly an employee grabs my buggy and says you're next, come with me. I said I wanted to remain in line but she refused to let me and dragged my buggy down to the self service all the time me saying don't do this. She starts checking me out and leaves to help another customer. I said quit checking me out now as I will refuse to pay. She says filne now you can go back and get in that long line. I went immediately and asked fir the manager and he said don't worry I'll take care if it. All the time the employee who grabbed my buggy is yelling I was just trying to help. The reason I didn't want her help was because I always go to employees who have been vaccinated. I Harrus Teeter wishes to expose their customers to people who refuse to be vaccinated that is their business but I do not wish to participate in arguments with their employees over anything. The manager seemed afraid to interfere or even tell his employees to leave and quit arguing with customers and being a smart ass about telling a customer to go back and wait in line again because they choose not to be bullied unto using self checkout with 6 to 10 customers that are all in close proximity.
