I was greeted at the front desk by the receptionist, and she was extremely polite and knew exactly who I was. She offered me a beverage and made sure that all of my forms were signed. Once I got into the facial room, Zoe asked me what my concerns were about my face. We discussed it in great length then I got ready for her to start the facial. She continued to complement my skin, but very gently told me that I had some dry skin and told me how to fix it. We walked through my whole entire skin routine day and night, and she acknowledged that I was doing everything that I was supposed to. Zoe was absolutely amazing, and throughout the facial, she asked if I was still doing OK. I will most definitely continue to get facials and it will be with Zoe.

I had a terrible masseuse person. He kept going back-and-forth and one place even though I told him about my neck. Normally, I have good people there just had a bad experience with one.

Had a Facial with Zoe. And it was definitely life changing. People always say “ oh I can do this myself” and to an extent they’re right but when you’re in the hands of a seasoned professional there is no comparison. I left with a renewed sense of respect for the craft Zoe had clearly cultivated. Anytime I’m back in Reston I’ll be asking for Zoe specifically! 10/10 Great service!

I have to say I was blown away by the hand and spa location in reston. Such a calm and inviting atmosphere from the moment you walk in. I had a wax with Zoe, who had the most gentle touch and left me looking great for the wedding, I had to attend the next day.
Arlene gave me a MUCH needed massage that left me feeling invigorated and renewed, I live in Miami and I have never had such great service but I’ll definitely spot by again for these talented ladies

Julian did an excellent job as always on my last monthly visit. She is extremely helpful with my physical pains and discomforts. She is a great experienced professional who is compassionate understanding and listens to your concerns. She does her best to be part of the solution and not the continuous problem you may be experiencing. Julian definitely deserves a raise and bonus for all of her amazing hard work at Hand & Stone over the years! I highly recommend her to all my family and friends!!
