First time here to get a hair cut, probably won't be back. The stylist seemed like she had better things to do. $8 shampoo? What I got wasn't an $8 shampoo! Overly mediocre, the vibe seemed like no one really cared whether I was there or not.

Requested style: 3rd time I had come to this location service hasn't been that great but atleast they were polite today however the lady seemed like she didn't want to cut my hair and sounded to me like she was trying to pass me to someone else and when I said something she said she would do it only to find out she didn't know th3 style i wanted I am never coming back to this place again

My son wasn't happy with his haircut. I think it was a communication issue. He didn't want it so short. I had a good haircut however.

I am so happy with the haircut I received from your hair stylist Jin. I have really fine hair and I appreciated that she took great care in trimming and layering and asking my opinion. Even days afterwards, when I do my hair myself, I can tell I got a great cut. Thank you so much, Jin! I will be back!

Usually very efficient, but messed up my discount card - so now overcharged twice $17.00, and waiting on manager to correct it … and I’m going to lose value of discount for next haircut … which is another $5 …. And now waiting 20 minutes …. Just a disaster on a Saturday !Update for all - the store manager (Sean) connected with me remotely around 30 minutes after I left the store, he took care of my card/billing issue with customer service, and even credited me back for the full amount (including the haircut)! He thanked me for being a loyal customer and he also checked back with me in a couple of days .... very professional and excellent customer service. Thank you Sean!!

Last Monday I walked into the Reston, VA Great Clips (11130 South Lakes Drive) and proceeded to receive a wonderful haircut by Alanis. This young woman knows her "stuff"; she looked at the photos I provided as a reference, and listened to my preferences, and proceeded to give me a terrific haircut. This is why I will no longer spend copious amounts of money on a "salon" experience that yields a haircut not nearly as good as the ones I have received at Great Clips. No frills, JUST RIGHT! Going back to Alanis in 4 weeks for a trim. I am "Thoroughly Satisfied Customer"!

So glad we found Mimi at this location. She is not only so kind but great with curley hair. Our family of 4 all have curly thick curly hair and she does an amazing job. She tales her time and is very professional! I highly recommend her.
