Mojy is a talented hypnotherapist who takes the time to truly understand client issues. She made the entire experience so relaxing and I felt great when we were done. I also felt a shift in the area we focused on which was an awesome result. I plan to make Mojy and her hypnotherapy practice part of my self-care routine!

Great intimate studio in an awesome setting. Looks out into a gorgeous garden. light and airy and very zen. Completely safe and super clean!! The instructors are fantastic and extremely meticulous and knowledgeable. I went in with back pain on my first day and came out pain free ! woohoo !

Had an amazing experience at my first class! Barbara was great and there was an awesome student-teacher ratio. I felt like I was in a private class! I’d definitely recommend it to anyone interested in trying Pilates for the first time like I did.
