Lee is very knowledgeable and communicative. Was very responsive and always available to chat by phone for any questions we had. He made us feel comfortable with the loan process and explained everything clearly and with patience. Lee was all around great to work with! (as well as Sam and everyone on their team) and hope to work with them again when we are ready to refinance.

I had my pre-approval within 30 mins and everything was smooth form there. I had a 30 day close and my loan officer made sure we stayed within the timeframe, and ensured the entire process went smoothly. All of my questions were answered and the communication was great. The processor I worked with was very helpful as well. Highly recommend!

I am convinced Matthew one is the best loan agents out there. This was our second home purchase with him and he is consistent, knowledgeable and reliable. He frequently checked up on us throughout the process and explained and broke everything down for us so we can understand the process what the next steps were. When he says he is going to look into something for you, he does it and gets back to you as soon as he has the answers. He takes the time to reach out to you when you have questions and is very informative, we never felt left in the dark or confused. Purchasing a home is already a stressful process but Matthew and his team made this so much easier and walked us through every step. We will always recommend him to anyone looking for a trustworthy, reliable, knowledgeable loan agent. Thanks to Matthew we have closed on our dream home and we are extremely grateful for him and his team for getting us there.
