The associate Matthew is so sweet- he's genuinely kind and it makes the experience so much nicer. I go here verses other CVS in the area because he works here.

The pharmacist with the foreign accent is super rude and practically yelled at me for simply following the instructions provided to me by another pharmacy for prescription transfer. She seems to think she is too important to have this job and her customers are stupid and beneath her. She literally raised her voice at me when I was trying to explain the information I had recieved because she didn't agree with it. This is behavior that warrants being fired and having your license revoked, and CVS should seriously consider why people keep giving this store horrid reviews and clean up their team, it's absolutely disgusting.

The pharmacists are rude, especially the one with blonde hair, she speak perfectly Spanish and a broken English, however she run away from Hispanic ppl. I already changed from this pharmacy to the one located in Target. Best decision ever, life is short to be dealing with this type of ppl.

Please change your hours!!! Off by at least 5 hours daily! It's extremely unprofessional as a medical pharmacy.

I first started using this pharmacy about 5 months ago when I had an issue with another pharmacy in the area. This CVS saved me from a lot of stress and I couldn't thank them enough for that!I still use them to this day and have been extremely happy with their service. It's clear they are a very busy location but I have always had great experiences with any of the people who work there. I've had issues galore (new insurance, issues with said insurance, switching meds) and they have been helpful and walked me through my problems every single time. I love having them as part of my care team.

I would give this pharmacy zero stars if it were possible. I came here after another CVS checked their stock for a medication my daughter needs to help her BREATHE. I drove all the way over, handed them the script, and asked if they had it in stock. They said no, and I told them another pharmacy had checked. They dismissed me with "well we don't have it" without so much as eye contact, nor an offer to help locate the medication. I called another CVS andi was helped right away. This isn't surprising, though, these folks were callous and unhelpful when my son needed this same medication over ten years ago. Save yourself a trip.

Yikes, I had to call the pharmacy about a problem with my prescription and the woman who "helped" me was about as rude as I've ever experienced. I won't rehash the entire conversation/experience, but needless to say customer service is probably not her best skill. I immediately called my doctor and they were able to send my prescription to a different pharmacy and I'll make this my last experience with CVS.

This was my worst CVS shopping experience, esp. compared to the CVS I visited after this store. The shelves were almost bare in many cases, there were hardly any signs with correct sale info., and the main cashier up front (a young man) was arrogant and unhelpful. I asked where facial scrubs were, and he was completely dismissive, implying that he could care less. I only bought one bottle of a vitamin (Lutein) because I saw no sale signs, but noticed they were "buy one get one free" when I got to the register, so I had to go back and get another bottle, only to find that there were no more on the shelf. A female cashier then made me wait about 8 minutes while she checked in the back to see if any more were in stock. This is a large, recently expanded CVS, so it made no sense to see it so scantily stocked.

Called ahead to this location for a flu shot. Was told to walk in. Showed up 10 minutes later. Was told they're not giving flu shots 45 minutes before they close.

I love the people that work at this pharmacy. I got a new form of insurance recently and have been having trouble using it to fill my prescription. The pharmacists have been very patient while explaining to me the information I'm missing. Today I was missing a specific number but didn't understand what it was that I needed. The pharmacist pulled out his own insurance card to give me a visual example of what was missing on my card. Thank you Plaza America CVS for excellent service!
