The two things I come in for - toilet paper and deodorant are locked up and instead of a quick 5 minute CVS run, takes longer to wait for someone to open it the case.

I was sent there to receive money order that was never given. I have a DL from a different state and even if all my info checked and after moneygram spoke with the cashier, he refused to provide me with the money order. For 2 hours me and moneygram people tried to talk some senses to him with my ID but he assumed that I might be a fraud. He denied a service based on assumptions. Moneygram found out that that CVS was not competent and has to send me to a different location.I used to go that CVS bur I'm done

My wife and I shop at the Reston Metro Station CVS all the time. We love our store rep Logan and the Store manager Armando. They have such a great and friendly demeanor. They’re always helpful and informative. Armando took time to explain to me how the CVS Care system works and went as far as to show me some tips and tricks to save lots of money on my purchases through the CVS Coupon system. Also, the fun and light banter between Armando and Logan is refreshing. It brings a little extra sprinkle of joy to our visits and always leaves us with a smile. We shop exclusively at this CVS since we live so close and we are delighted that the store employs such great people to enhance our shopping experience.

I came here for my medicine for the first time ever and I’ve never been to a CVS before for medicine. I’ve always had Kaiser the Pharmacists (both of them) were so kind and followed up with me a day after to ensure that my prescription were fully transferred over.Thank you so much ❤️

Great experience. Pharmacist Ji Hoon Moon was very friendly and helpful. There’s free 30 minute parking in the attached garage and the pharmacist even helped us make sure our parking would be validated so we wouldn’t have to pay.

ZERO stars!!I have not visited this store and I will never give it a shot now after calling and speaking with the most rudest pharmacist (Ji) I've ever spoken to. I've been a customer of CVS pharmacy at other locations for many years and have never had any complaints. I called today to get greeted with a simple "Hello" I paused, as I wasn't sure who exactly answered my call and was confused by a simple "Hello." Because I paused a split second before replying, the pharmacist hung up on me. Not even a second Hello? Greet customers with, "Hello. CVS Pharmacy, how may I help you?" Simple, appropriate, and a required greeting by CVS employee guidelines, and yes that applies to pharmacists too. I've never experienced any less elsewhere. I called back after a 10 minute wait the first call, another 10 minute wait. The same pharmacist (Ji) answered "Hello" again. I asked him why he hung up on me and he said "I didn't hang up." I said, "yes you did, after saying hello just once, you hung up on me." His reponse, "I did say CVS Pharmacy", "yea I hung up because nobody answered." OK, contradiction right there. So, I said "at least answer the phone with a proper greeting so the customer knows who they are reaching." Mind you, with every three words I said he was rudely interrupting me and ranting on, talking over me so I couldn't complete even one sentence. It took me like 5 times of saying, "excuse me, could I please finish speaking so you know why I'm calling?" Trying to talk thru his ranting arguing, I was finally able to explain I was calling to see if a medication is in stock. Then he asked for my name to look me up. I replied with, "you don't need my name...." unable to finish with why he didn't need my name to look me up for a prescription that didn't exist in my profile yet. He started in on me again. Arguing so I couldn't even finish explaining. Finally, "I said please you're talking too much that I can't even get you to listen to why I'm calling." Boy, that's not what he wanted to here. Arguing and ranting on more...It ended up with me asking, "are you having a bad day, because you're being very rude?" And he said to me, "you're being rude!! I'm asking for your name and you won't give it to me. You're saying I hung up on you..." on and on and on ranting.I simply wanted to know if a prescription was in stock so I could have my doctor send in the RX to their location specifically because it's a scheduled drug that can only be filled at the exact location it is sent to. He wouldn't have been able to see a prescription by looking up my name. Answer your calls professionally JI and take the time to stop and listen to the customer even if it's not something you don't think you want to hear, you still should listen as that is Professionalism.RUDE!!!!Call CVS customer service line and file a complaint on this guy. Doesn't even deserve to get paid for being a so called pharmacist.

Came here to get island bandages for a family member that just had surgery. First of all, this location is so tricky to get to. You actually have to drive into the Reston metro park/kiss and ride parking lot. I kept thinking my GPS was tripping until I finally saw it on the second level and signs for another business that said to follow the kiss and ride parking. Once parked, then I had to take the elevator to the level for dining and retail. This reviews is based primarily on my experience with the pharmacy. When I walked to the pharmacy counter, there was a gentleman standing there (I am assuming he was the pharmacist). There was no one else in the pharmacy or in line. I stood at the counter for at least 5 minutes before he even addressed me. Never said I'll be with you in a minute or anything. I asked about a specific bandage that the doctor told me to get from CVS. He said he never heard of it and the bandage section was on whatever aisle it was on. I was in the process of asking another question when another lady walked up and he immediately asked her what she needed help with. Had to cut their conversation short and ask about the bandages again to make sure it wasn't something that should be behind the counter. So shout out to the "pharmacist" who was on duty 2/26/23 around 1PM ET for your horrible customer service. No plans on coming back to this location any time soon.
