Came here for lunch with my family and we left very happy! The service was amazing, the food and drinks were great. A little on the pricey side but it seems like that's how most places are in the area. We would happily return and maybe try the happy hour, it sounded really good.

The boneless chicken wings were spectacular. Ask for Etic and get the Cinnamon Toast Crunch White

Service not great Did not try the beer Food...no value Daughter had Philly cheesesteak...she rated it 6.5/10 just on taste. When factoring in the San which was nearly $18 for a sandwich approx 7 inches in total length with very little meat was extremely disappointing. Add in the fact that it was clearly microwaved. Extremely disappointing. And definitely not worth the $18 price tag!!!! If you are looking for a sandwich, go to Jersey mikes. Made fresh on griddle and way more meat and sandwich and flavor to enjoy. Veggie bowl with rice was ok; but again almost $15 for microwave fare. Veggies were not fresh, all flavor was in teriyaki sauce that was served on side. Don't waste your hard earned money on this place with so many great restaurants in the same area that do not microwave and provide much higher value for their menu. I am a foodie that loves to try new places. Hate to go Gordon Ramsey on this place; but just no passion in the food and it is very evident with disappointing portions, poor flavor, and sky high prices all made in a microwave. If you tried something phenomenal here that I missed let me know. Also if you do try the Philly cheesesteak or the veggie bowl, would love to get your take.

Had a great time with Vic and Jordan. Treated me like a regular. I had some beers and the fried pickles. Thank you.

Don’t order delivery from here. They never get the order right. I really like their cowboy burger, but I don’t think I’ve ever received it when I’ve ordered it for delivery. One time they even sent just a dry burger and buns with no cheese or any accompaniments. Tonight I ordered it, thinking Monday wouldn’t be very busy so they could actually read the ticket. Nope. Literally sent me a plain burger again. No cheese, no bacon, no onion straws. Yet, I ordered extra bbq sauce and they managed to send me one little bbq cup on the side. The food is pretty good if you go into the restaurant, but it will take them forever to serve you. And the employees are typically jerks. Cocktails are also trash—straight hangover material—so stick to beer.

More like sad hour Came to craft house with coworkers around 5:30, and after working in the area, I know that they advertise happy hour deals from 4-7. Post-work I'm excited and ready for a cold one. We are met immediately with a great server with water and I ask which beers are happy hour tonight. The server scrolls on her digital order pad and says, oh I guess none of them. Understandably I'm frustrated. But I hope to have a decently priced beer regardless. Their cheapest good IPA is $11 for a pint. This beer doesn't even taste good at this price. Two stars because their nachos were delicious and service was good. Why be a beer bar (crafthouse), advertise a happy hour, and then not have any beers on happy hour special??? WHY

I love this place. I work from home, but when I go to the office this is an easy after work happy hour. You can call ahead and make reservations, there's parking garages everywhere, the menu is on a QR code, waiters are great about starting tabs for individuals, and the food is good. I've never been disappointed. I created a reservation the day before by calling in, there was a table waiting for our group when we arrived. They have large high tops that seat I believe 8-10 folks. I ordered the old fashion (2) and the pretzel. Both were great! I will be back. I heard that different days during the week they hold different events like trivia, kareoke, and more.

Special thank you to Olivia and team for excellent service! She ensured our larger-than-planned group for a corporate event got VIP treatment. We appreciated the opportunity to relax and socialize while the Crafthouse crew kept everyone happy with appetizers and libations. Thank you for an enjoyable evening!

I've been here once before with a few coworkers and hands down it wasn't the spot for me but it was a year ago. So when my coworker planned an after work get together here I decided to give it another try big mistake ! We ordered two of each happy hour appetizer they were basic bar food nothing special. Than the waitress took out drink order I had a dirty martini and boy was it Dirty! When I got to the bottom of the glass I ate an olive than said these olives look terrible my Supervisor was sitting beside me and said no they look old. I said your right and start to look at the olives a little closer and to my surprise mold was growing out of the olives. I almost threw up right there. When the waitress came back I showed her and she didn't look surprised. I said this Is not ok please remove this drink off my tab she said I'm so sorry let me go ask my manager. My whole table was like go ask the manger that's gross. She came back a few minutes later apologized again and said her manager will remove it off my tab. And of course this just shut the night down for everyone we can't order drinks here now. The manager didn't even come over to the table and apologize. So now we're trying to decide if we should go to a new spot or just call it a night. I'm like I'm calling it a night , my other coworker said she wanted to Leave to. Everyone else was like the drinks are watered down and the food was just frozen appetizers heated up. so I'm like let's call it a night. Than 20 minutes later the manager comes over I heard about your olives I'm so sorry I'm a new manager and I'm trying to teach them to put expiration dates on things. What why would you tell me that ! I'm thinking to myself normally you have to pick up the olives to put them in the glass your bartender had to see them olives and just didn't care. I told the manager I'm so disgusted that I finished the drink it's just nasty. And He offered me more drinks I said no thank you , he offered a gift card I said no thank you he said just let me get you one I will be right back. And he came back with a $50 gift card, he also wrote his name and number on the card and said call me when you come in I will take care of you. Sir this is a little late he should of came over to the table as soon as the waitress told him i had molded olives not 20 minutes later because we all talking about it and I'm about to post the pic on Instagram. That was terrible customer service the bar was not super busy or busy and he could have came right over after I noticed my olives were molded. But waiting 20 minutes to apologize is unacceptable. Do not go here the service is bad and the food is mediocre.

First off new trivia people aren't the trivia kings but they are exceptional as well. The start time is actually 7pm which is nice because that's what it says on their website. They also have a cool belt for the winners apparently next week the winners get to have it on their table looking forward to seeing how that plays out. The beer selection is quite lovely they could use a few more knowledgeable servers on menu items mainly on the beers but they do a solid job. Will be back next week

Where to begin. Been going here for almost a year, my friends have been coming here for 6 years and it's gone down the gutter. Understaffed, inexperienced workers. The only food that is worth the price is the bowls. This has been going on for the last few months. One friend ordered 6 different beers only to be told they were out of stock (in a row, nonetheless). Then the trivia has been changed. It's no longer Trivia Kings at 7:30pm but Trivia All Stars at 7pm (not only was this not mentioned on the website....Trivia Kings hosts showed up only to be told they were fired and were replaced because they were not bringing in a large crowd. It couldn't be the staffing issues, overpriced food, and less beer options/sarcasm. The fact that Trivia Kings were not notified of termination and were already replaced really doesn't sit well with me). As if that wasn't enough, the Trivia All Stars invited teams from other locations to come to give the illusion that they brought in a lot of people to trivia at an earlier time that just so happens to be the same time as Happy Hour ends. Very suspicious there. There were maybe two teams that were known there and the majority were new teams. Also, how long are these new teams going to keep showing up if the main issues from the bar are not resolved? Because in all the months of trivia I have went to, I have never saw people leave that place so quickly until tonight. And I am willing to bet the old teams didn't bother to show up because of the issues I mentioned before.
