One time, there was a misunderstanding over a purchase that I made at the Reston location, and I had tried to return it at the Leesburg outlet location. Long story short, I had to call the Reston location while at the outlets, and the manager was sooooo kind, she even offered me 25% off for the next time I went into the store, although I haven’t actually made an in store purchase since. I really just want to applaud the customer service and consistent kindness that I have experienced!”

“Staff in Reston, Philip and Don, are awesome! They explained the different print processes, shirt styles based on a few of my ideas, that looked great and fit within my budget. I've ordered online before, but unless you talk in-person, the outcomes can be different than your expectations (I've done that before).”
