Bo was an amazing realtor, and he was very willing to work with the limited time we had amidst a busy military move schedule. He was very communicative as we worked through the milestones of our loan, and made sure we knew we were on track. He helped set up sprinklers at the new house so the yard would be taken care of in the couple weeks before our arrival to the area. He even stocked our fridge with essentials so we wouldn’t have to go shopping after just showing up to our new house! An awesome personal touch! He and his team are amazing and I highly recommend working with them!

I can't say enough about the fantastic experience I had working with Bo. He handled all aspects of my home sale after I had moved out of state. That included coordinating with handymen, painters, carpet installers, cleaners, etc. to make sure the house looked its best. He consistently checked on the house while work was being done, and sent pictures as work progressed. That excellent service continued throughout the offer/counteroffer process and through closing. I would strongly recommend that anyone selling a home in Northern Virginia or the DC area in general consider using his services.

Selling the home you’ve lived in for over 30 years can be overwhelming, especially when your new build house completion keeps getting pushed off month by month. I frankly don’t know how we would have managed without Bo Bloomer’s creative and flexible help and support. He was never more than a text away throughout the process, gave me useful suggestions on small, affordable things I could do in the house to prepare it for listing (updating switch and outlet faceplates, replacing aged brass door knobs with more contemporary brushed nickel, taking down pictures and patching nail holes, refreshing the crushed rock in the garden), provided contacts for a great moving company and even brought in a contractor when my HOA sent a very last minute notification of violations a week before closing that could have forced a postponement. Not only did he bring in the contractor, Bo checked throughout the day to make sure that the work was done correctly. When I asked him how he had the energy to do all the things he was doing for me and balance his other clients, he just responded, “I love what I do,” and that really shows in his hands on, personal service at every step of the process. Bo wasn’t the only realtor who wanted to list my property (which was located in an area where things move quickly and at good prices), but his very contemporary and comprehensive approach to marketing really won me over. As he said in our first conversation, you never know where your buyer might be – maybe in Virginia, but maybe in Indonesia. His approach to using conventional methods along with social media and other kinds of outreach produced a healthy turnout at the first – and only – open house weekend, despite it being over the July 4 weekend. Bo’s team staged the house in such a warm and inviting say that we got multiple offers that weekend and took one that was significantly over the list price. But Bo didn’t stop there, as soon as we had a contract, his assistant stepped in with precise instructions for the next steps as we approached closing. I never had any questions because they were all anticipated in the guidance I received. When the closing date arrived, Bo not only attended, he arrived with gifts for me to celebrate our successful partnership. I was more than happy to have a picture taken with Bo as another of his success stores. Needless to add, if you need the very best is professional service, Go with Bo.

I felt like I was part of a team. Now I have a place I can call a home because of Bo's fantastic work.And this is my first time as a home buyer! While I was anxious at first, Bo was tremendous in guiding me along the way and providing me resources, research and suggestions all the while respecting my decisions and ideas.As a military brat my family has had multiple experiences of purchasing homes across the states and they're left truly impressed and grateful by their interactions with Bo during my searching/buying process with him.I'd happily and readily recommend Bo to my family and friends if they're searching or selling.

Bo made the process of purchasing a home so easy, especially for a first time homebuyer. He’s knowledgeable and friendly and makes you feel real comfortable when expressing your needs/wants. He always follows up with you too—this was a big factor, shows that he wanted your business, but did it in a way where one never felt pressured. Lastly and more importantly, he knows the right steps to take to make you the most competitive buyer when putting in an offer—which is what you want in this current market. Wonderful realtor hands down!

Bo Bloomer was proactive, professional and responsive in a Seller's market like I have never experienced. We would not have been able to purchase our home, and navigate through effectively to closing, without his efforts. He truly went above and beyond (frequent requests to visit the property with contractors prior to closing, referrals of good contractors, etc.), and I would not hesitate to hire Bo again and refer him to others with the highest recommendation.

Bo Bloomer was an exceptional agent. We saw a listing for a townhouse in Alexandria and called-up the contact in the morning (about 10:00am); we toured the house with Bo and liked very much but were cautious about whether it was a reasonable/good deal or not; Bo did the research on comparables and etc, such that we were able to make a bid (around 4:00pm); and we happily secured a contract before sunset (!). Bo’s consummate professionalism and guidance made what otherwise would not be feasible—the hot-market one-day timeframe—indeed feasible. Subsequently, he deftly handled/assisted us thru the routine of the property inspection, title process, and the actual closing (two weeks later). Then he went the extra mile helping us navigating some moving-in complications related to Alexandria bureaucracy. Overall, he’s affable, very diligent, and savvy. He has a background in Civil Engineering from his former U.S. Air Force service, and that’s a plus, too, in being able to confidently appraise the construction-quality of properties.
