Very well organized BoFA Office with very supportive professionals inside. Everyone is so nice and welcomes you with a warm smile. As family, we're so glad to meet Ms. Yeshi Gurung. She is a kind, diligent professional with very good understanding of real customer needs and guides us with the best options all the time.

My Bank of America card ending with 8813 was charged by AAA without my knowledge. IF THERE IS A NEGATIVE REPORTING I CAN GIVE THEM -10. BOA did not send me any payment notice via email or phone call. I get a bill for AAA Charge after 3 months and am forced to pay. Did pay that and told to end my card. The person on the other line (BOA) Rep assured me that the payment is accepted and the account has a "0" balance. I told them to cancel all my cards (unfortunately ended my 8 years of business relationship). The took away my approximate 1,800 points (approximately $1,800 in cash value). I even let it go to get rid of this fraudulent company (BOA). This was in mid January. Now I am getting bills on balances I owe them. I have no clue what they are asking for since I had paid the charges (all unwanted fraud charges) and closed the accounts. This is a total fraud practice applied by the bank and to cheat and defraud the customers. They have those (pimps) lobbyist wooing senators and getting all fraud deals passed. We customers have to suffer. What a shame from our government that a normal customers who pays their bill every month cannot get protection from government. Bank of America has been defrauding consumers for years and government does not want to investigate (why would they since senators and congressmen get all the benefits (wining and dining) who cares about consumers. Can someone honest please step forward and look into this. If not. there is no difference between other countries (India, Pakistan, China, Bangladesh, etc). Where political bribery is open and here thanks to our senators. Someone take a look into MALPRACTICE OF BANK OF AMERICA. WHAT A SHAME.

I have had a credit card with Bank of America since 2018 or 2019 and I opened a checking account at this location (Baron Cameron Ave, Reston) last year. I deposited series EE savings bonds when I opened the account and I deposited more at this location two weeks ago. I had 15 I wanted to deposit two weeks ago but I was told they are only allowed to deposit 10 at a time and that I had to come back later to deposit the remaining 5.I came back today, two weeks later, and I was told by the same employees that helped me last time that my account is not old enough to deposit savings bonds. I asked for a manager and was given the runaround with various staff members until someone finally came out 10 or so minutes later and told me that the employee that helped me last time made a mistake and that they couldn't help me and to call the US Treasury.I called corporate when I got home and the lady on the phone that helped me said that she and her manager couldn't find such a policy that said your account had to be two years old but said that it is up to the discretion of each branch as to what they are able to deposit and recommended that I go to a different branch. Very poor terrible customer service from this branch. I will be trying another branch and will be looking for banking options with a different company.

I usually go to the Herndon branch on Elden St, yet they are always very unprofessional and with very little etiquette of the customers. I had to travel to the second nearest location just so they can do a simple transaction. Right now is time of need and help Miguel Torres is very professional and went out of his way to help

The only reason I give 4 stars is because of Rick Austen. He is clearly making a valiant attempt to improve Customer Service. There are still occasionally long lines, but Mr Austen seems to be trying to restore my idea of a "neighborhood" bank. The rest of his employees smile more than when he arrived here. They are following his lead, because he is friendly and professional. If he weren't here, I would take my business elsewhere....teller line typically is quite long, as only one teller usually manages it. Still since the new manager arrived, I've decided to stick around to see if the bank gets on the right track.
