I had not purchased a new IPhone for 5 years and I was dreading doing it. Enrique made the entire process so easy. He gave me a lot of one-on-one time so when I walked out of the store I was super happy with my new IPhone 14 and all my apps were working. He helped save me money by recommending a different cell phone plan. It was a pleasure to work with him and he provided the best service I have ever received from AT&T.

Enrique was very helpful and continued to work with me to solve my issue. He is kind, understanding, knowledgeable, and persistent in solving my issues. It was a pleasure working with himThe only disappointment was he initially told me I would get $1000 credit for my trade in phone, but then when he processed it, he said it had changed to $700.

I had the best customer service yesterday at the RTC AT&T store. Marcus helped me upgrade from my 11 iPhone to the 15 Plus. With his expert help, everything went smoothly. He didn't try and upsell me on anything and even found a way for me to reduce my monthly bill by asking about my specific device usage. It was such a pleasure to have found someone who was professional, knowledgeable and patient. Just the best experience ever!

I went to Reston Dulles and was taken advantage of with an alleged promotion that off course had hidden fees and contracts. ATT Reston went out of their way to help me return unwanted items and avoid extra costs, such as a restocking fee. They also were upfront about all fees and costs. They were kind, knowledgeable, and met my expectations without delay. Great service and transparency, which was much appreciated!

Shaquan rates 5 shining stars. He troubleshooted my new cell phone issue instantly. Marcus promptly greeted and eagerly assisted customers. AT&T is the only store for all your communication needs. Unlike their competition, they know how to treat customers right.

The AT&T in Reston has PHENOMENAL Customer Service Representatives. They always go ABOVE AND BEYOND to assist me with whatever phone issues I am having. Whether it's an unfamiliar charge on the acct, or payment, or upgrading my phone they've got me covered, and not to mention they do it in an efficient manner. I highly recommend going here, the team will take great care of you. Great customer service is hard to come by these days, but this store definitely gets a 5-star review in my book. Keep up the good work guys.

Their customer service is second to none. Their associate Shaquan was so helpful to me in getting me my new phone. So impressed with the professionalism and knowledge that he showed. He made the switching of services super easy and I appreciated that. If ur looking for good customer service then look no more and go visit them, I highly recommend!!!

I was misled, I’ll be at probably because of their own miscommunication at the store about the pre-order status of the new iPhone. I was reassured multiple times Wednesday evening that they would pre-order a phone for my son that would be ready today in the store. I asked for reassurances multiple times and received them. This morning, I called the store to find out what time the phones will be dropping and was told I was wrong. You never tell the customer they were wrong, especially when they were asking for help from the store and misled like this. I’m extremely dissatisfied with these gentlemen, they seem very nice, but obviously uninformed. I will not be going back to the store. Everything I can do there I can do online and more effectively.

Horrible customer service and poor leadership at this store. Nathanial is a liar and unprofessional and will try to dupe you into extra lines and services you don't want. I've cancelled my service with AT&T because of this store and will be going with their competition instead. FYI this is a franchised business so they especially don't care about your business or anything other than making as much money off you as possible. Avoid this store at all costs.

Just want to say thank you to the staff for all the information and help that they provided me when I was shopping for my new iPhone 15. They were able to preorder it right way and it arrived at the estimated time that was giving to me. I’ll be seeing you soon when I’m ready to upgrade my Apple Watch and AirPods!!!

completely clueless “customer service” reps working at the reston town center store. i was told weeks ago by Nathanial that the iphone 15 i preordered would be available the day it went on sale and a week later i am still waiting. meanwhile, Nathanial never seems to be available or around when i call in, hmmmm. i have already called at&ts customer service line and left him negative feedback with several of the reps and my next move is to stop in when he’s working and get the straight face to face. avoid this place, it is nothing but hassles and lies and cluelessness - CF
