They're great. They helped me put together some concert souvenirs as a gift for my boyfriend. They made sure I had it in time for his birthday, and they even upgraded the frame to the more expensive one I had liked at no extra cost because they happened to have the materials and thought it was right for the piece. They're great at what they do and care about their customers. We love how it looks and will definitely be back!

Outstanding work. I had a large cross stitch I wanted framed and Leslie listened to exactly what I wanted and the style of my house so the frame would fit in. The store has a ton of frame options and she had a really nice eye for how things fit together. Not cheap, but top quality and she was understanding of my budget and really nice to work with.

A resounding YES! I asked them to replace the glass on a custom piece that was broken during a move. The frame, too, was damaged from 30 years of moves with scrapes and scratches and a few nicks and gouges. They not only did a wonderful job at replacing the glass, but they went the extra mile and filled in the scrapes and scratches, nicks and gouges matching them almost indistinguishable to the wood grain color of the frame. I didn't ask for this, but they just saw that it needed it and went above and beyond returning more than asked. Who does this these days? This is the extra mile and I'm deeply impressed. Excellence such as this is born of character. Thanks so much! So greatly appreciated.

I've come here to have three different pieces framed over the past year and each time I am more than satisfied. Being indecisive, I appreciate their ability to take my loose idea and navigate me through my options to decide on a final vision. They do great work and offer reasonable prices and time-frames. They did a fabulous job of framing two antique maps for me. They have a true artistic eye. They recommended several options to match the historic and antique aspects of the maps. We will definitely use their expertise again in the future.
