“I had one burner on my electric stove out. I called Herndon appliance repair. They are to respond, knowledgeable, and pleasant. I only gave it a “4” because of the price other than that no complaints. They are way cheaper than the brand repair!!!!”
“Went to Dyson demo store unplanned was in the mall and wanted to see if they had the diffuser attachment for my air wrap. Zach approached me and asked if I needed help I asked if they had the attachment and he immediately went and grabbed it for me and checked me out. Very good customer service. Quick and easy. “I see that some of the reviews are lackluster, but I'm offering a good review. Things didn't start out well because our refrigerator had a dent upon delivery. Originally, we were very upset because appliances these days are so expensive. Steve could not have handled things better. He personally delivered a new door and even worked with us on price. It is easy to give a good review when everything goes to plan. It means even more when a store does the right thing by a customer. Four stars.”
“I ordered the following item:Numatic Henry, James, Hetty, Harry Vacuum Cleaner Filter 37102, 604165Turns out it didn't fit my henry cordless model. The filter I ordered is 12" but my vacuum supports 11". Honest mistake on my part. I reached out twice to their support via email and never got a response but they called me recently to ask I mail back the part for a refund and they'll look into the model I need. Key is to call and not email. Thank you!”

“This is my go-to home depot. The staff is very helpful and the store itself is very well maintained. I highly recommend getting the app to find item locations to save on them.
I mainly come in for lumber and 5gal water refills and they are always well stocked.
I also prefer the layout of this store compared to others, such as the Fairfax or Leesburg locations.
Their are 4 self check out lanes and physical credit card is required.”

They were courteous, informative, and highly skilled with our many flooring power outlets, heat/A/C registers and step-down CUT-OUTS, and the required seam sealing for this large area remains absolutely invisible! They take pride in their work! I highly recommend Home Depot Fairfax for a pleasant carpet purchase experience from start to finish--no glitches! Thrilled!”

“I visited three different stores since Sunday and the customer service was nonexistent. I finally decided to try one more store and when I tell you I hit the jackpot with customer service, I'm not exaggerating. I have a hard time making decisions. I met Mark in flooring and he showed me the tile section. I needed tiles for my bathroom floor, wall, and backsplash. He walked me through the pros and cons, made recommendations, and helped me spend $1200. I was so relieved to have professional help. He was very knowledgeable about the products and professional. This man went above and beyond to assist to the very end. He loaded my car and ensured I had all the additional items I needed. I have never felt this happy about shopping ever! “I visited here to rent a larger tool that's not available at other, closer, Home Depots and Ryan went above and beyond to help make sure I had the best experience possible. He recommended considering a box truck with a built in, less steep ramp to take the 350+ lb tool rather than the pickup and detachable ramp with a much steeper incline that I had originally reserved. When he showed me the difference he was absolutely right and it made things so much easier on me when loading and unloading. Then he showed me how to secure it in the truck, educated me on how it worked, and got me on my way while making sure I had everything I needed. All while assisting his coworkers and a computer down. When I returned the machine and truck later the employees were surprised I'd been able to handle it so easily and I put that down to Ryan preparing me when he so easily could have just waved me on my way. I would absolutely rent from here again, especially with Ryan at the desk.”
