I may have just selected a lazy account manager but he doesnt hold regular status update meetings and he is late and doesnt stay on task when he is in the meetings so my time is wasted. He cannot explain his investment strategy. I only notice Activity on my account around when I send emails inquiring about the status of my account which triigers his memory that I am a client. There are too many websites needed to manage my money since one is needed to budget, one is needed to see investments, and a third for something else. There is not one for everything.I am paying investments fees quarterly to lose money while my friends made money during the same timeframe so he cant blame the market. Go somewhere else.

I would love to share my experience and details about Acorn, but for some reason they do not service Maryland customers. I don't understand. They're located in Virginia but don't service Maryland? I would appreciate someone from Acorn telling me why
