I dropped my computer with my usb attached to it and the driver stopped showing up on the computer; however, I was able to get the data salvaged the same day it happened. Very fortunate to have a professional recover my data without much hassle or cost. Prior to finding this place, other tech businesses I called seemed to be less time efficient and complicated because they did not have an in-house technician. Highly recommend, friendly staff and time-efficient.

A great place to get your electronic needs met. We purchased some phones, computers, headsets and accessories for our print/ digital marketing agency, that were perfectly setup the way we asked them to, within the timeframe they said they would deliver. Kudos to Nik and his team for a project well executed.

This was the worst place to get your phone replaced. I shattered my phone on accident after 3 years of it being perfect, and I took it to be replaced. The replacement screen I got was "a level below an apple screen, thats a little cheaper but works the same" is complete crap. It has a mind of its own and has spots where it won't work. I took the back glass to get replaced twice and it still cracks after a couple days. How can I go 3 years without a crack and all of a sudden I get one after a week of it being replaced. He ordered the wrong color/size for my phone after he destroyed the first replacement. I would not go here ever and just buy a new phone. I feel bad giving him the one star when it's not possible to give 0.

Had a great experience at 1 Stop. I was having screen issues on my gs21+ due to possible water damage, they got it fixed and checked it out for any other possible water issues. Prices are reasonable, turnaround was fast. Will definitely be heading back to 1 Stop if I run into any more electronics issues!

I got my front screen replaced and it was not the correct screen replacement that I asked for. My phone ended up glitching and shutting down completely and would not turn on 4 hours after the first repair. The guy replaced the front screen NOT once BUT TWICE due to his own faults. I would not recommend this place to anyone unless you want to spend money on bad service!!!!

I had a great experience at 1 stop. Very professional and they over exceeded my expectations every time I walk in the door! Check them out if your phone is damaged or you need to get a new one, they also sell laptops and other things.

I would not recommend this repair shop for anything electronics. I brought a high-end subwoofer in for repair that would not power on. After almost four weeks they were not able to repair the speaker. Every time I called for an update I received excuses and delays. When I went to pick up my subwoofer it was severely damaged (the speaker fabric was torn in several places, the rear control panel was assembled upside down, there were scratches on the high polished black finish, they lost a black screw holding the control panel in place so instead used a golden wood screw). The owner took the speaker upstairs for over twenty minutes to reinstall the control panel (should have taken 5 mins) and he tore more of the speaker fabric and installed the panel crooked. I stated that I wanted my full diagnostic fee refunded and he refused. The following day he stated after further consideration he would refund $45 from the diagnostic fee. I would not recommend this repair shop for anything of value as it will most likely be returned severally damaged and non-operational. I asked to see their business license and he pointed to a form taped by the door that allows them to charge sales tax. Based on my experience I would never use this repair shop. They are unreasonable, dishonest and don’t accept any responsibility for damages that they caused to your personal property.

I went to this location to get my phone screen fixed and it was fixed. Once I actually used the phone it was complications which was not an issue before hand. I was offered to leave my phone so it can be sent to another location to be further looked at (which would take a total of 5 days to get it back) this was NOT an option for me. In the end after being there for about 2 hours I still had to pay full price. I would not recommend them to anybody!

The workmanship was good here but the timing and communication were pretty poor. I called sometime around noon on Friday, asked about a screen replacement, and was told to drop my phone off at 5PM and that it'd be done by 6:30PM that night. I dropped my phone off and received a call just before 6:30, saying that I'd need to wait until Monday to receive the phone. I would've probably just picked the phone up to take it elsewhere in the meantime, but Nick told me that the repair was in progress. Annoying, but not a huge deal.On Monday, I called to ask when I could pick up the phone; I was told that it would be ready anytime after 1PM. I drove out to the shop at 1:45PM, thinking I'd give some buffer, and was surprised to find that my phone still wasn't ready yet. Nick told me I could pick it up in 30 minutes, so I had to drive back and forth an extra trip. Annoying that I had to drive out there to find that out instead of receiving a call letting me know about the delay beforehand. This is common sense customer service.They did deduct $10 off the total repair, and the repair did end up being cheaper than I was quoted elsewhere - but I felt like I was jerked around in the process and had a decent amount of time wasted.

This is an excellent place to turn to for cell phone screen repair! They offer fast-turnaround and very reasonable rates for parts and labor. They returned my S21 5G in like- new condition. Sam, who gave me the repair estimate, ordered the replacement screen, and handled the transaction to completion is a delightful "face" for this small independent shop. I'll use them again whenever I need assistance with my electronic devices.
