“We travel in a full size class A RV with 22.5" wheels. A few years ago I had a slow leak and took the RV to the Brandy Station store. They fit me in, handled the leak quickly, charged a reasonable fee and i was on my way. Yesterday I was back as the RV had developed a wheel balance shimmy. The tires were only about 1,000 miles old. I live in Nevada so the tires were not from Rice. Again, they fit me in, gave me an estimate of how long it would take and met absolutely everything. The people at the desk, the mechanics are all easy to talk to and helpful. I really cannot imagine what they could have done better. If you need tire service or to buy tires, Rice is the place. We took it to Rice to perform an Oil change, replace batteries, wind shield wipers and check tires balance etc. All services were completed during time they stated. We were able to keep it there a few extra days due to other events. They have ample parking and space to drive on their lot. Very happy with the staff and service.
