Excellent local Main Street hardware store with the most excellent people in a historic old building representing the best Virginia has to offer. Lower prices than Home Depot and Lowe's, so go here instead!

I have had the most wonderful experience with this business. They are truly a hometown staple. I am almost at the end of building my Daughter a new home and I have purchased all of the building material , window's and door's from GROVES . The customer service is A+ . Special shout out to Jacob and the gang !!! Thank you Jacob for being so AMAZING !!!! We will be back for 2 more homes in the near future .

Please support our local businesses as they compete with the big box stores!The service and knowledge of all at Groves is worth the extra dollar you may spend, while, in many cases, their prices actually do beat the big guys!

Groves is my go to hardware store. Are they more expensive? No, they save me time and money from having to go to a chain location 20 mins from me. Plus they're not condescending. Also, the products are good quality.
