We have been with Farmers Insurance for years and were getting bounced around to different agents who were not engaged. Those agents were not meeting my expectations and I was shopping to leave Farmers, when I was referred to James Steele's agency. I spoke with him and the experience was unlike any other insurance agency - in a very positive way. When I call the agency, the phone is answered and the people are friendly, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful. They reach out to me proactively on a cadence with an offer to review our policies then consistently find ways to keep my costs down while also ensuring my risk is adequately covered.Overall, I have had a very positive experience with this agency and have referred several people to them as a result.

If you’re looking for insurance, look no further! James and his team are exceptional! You will not be disappointed when choosing their office to help with any of your insurance needs. They are personable, knowledgeable and beyond anything else, they care! They care about you and your needs and will make sure it’s the right fit for you! Life insurance has always boggled my mind and their life insurance specialist eased my nerves and made it crystal clear for someone who was less than thrilled to navigate this uncharted territory. Had high hopes of doing business with this agency. Turns out that this agency was full of incompetent agents who had no knowledge of trucking insurance. My company suffered greatly due to their lack of care and diligence as well as loss of income due to their repeated mistakes on correcting our policy. When trying to contact them to get explanations of their mistakes, they purposely refused to get back in contact with us in a timely manner and preferred to only communicate via text/email 98% of the time. All calls directed towards James Stelle are falsely met with "He's in a meeting", which is a total lie. How can you be in a meeting at different times of the day everyday? As of now I had to dish out $1000s of dollars due to a clerical error on their part and still haven't been given a thorough explanation from anyone of his team members let alone an sincere apology. There are so many other incidents that I'm leaving off but will refrain to do so because it is a waste of time. I would definitely recommend anyone pondering on joining this company to think twice if you don't want to loose money and gain an extra stumbling block in your life.

One of the worst unknowledgeable insurance company that you would ever want, forecast a warning you might want to do your research before going to this insurance company. Communication is horrible 90% of the time, the other 10% you will get the receptionist whom is very nice. Lindsey is her name.
