Tried to make an appointment for an inspection. I was told, “sorry, we only do inspections in the morning”. I said that’s a problem for my work schedule. Phil then replied, “a problem for you, not for me”. I would never let such an uncaring individual touch my car. You should think twice before trusting this establishment.

Express Auto & Fleet Service shop was clean, impressive uniforms and appeared to be professional. Don't let that fool you.I took my truck to them to determine why my engine light was on and missing. They did their diagnostics of my truck and informed me it was the fuel injection. I gave them the permission to make the repairs which were completed on July 19. 2023. I drove my truck for three days and the same issues came back. So, I contacted Express Auto & Fleet Service to let them know the issues were not resolved with my truck. Also, I told the gentleman I spoke with that my truck is used for work on a daily basis. The gentleman told me it was not his problem nor did he have the time to look at it because they were to busy. Not only that, he was extremely rude. They had no problem of taking my money which was clearly a rip off for a job incorrectly performed by them.It's obvious Express Auto & Fleet Service is incompetent and lack the proper customer service. Therefore, it was in my best interest to take my truck to another car repair shop because its gets me to and from work. Luckily, I located a car repair shop in White Stone and explained to them that my engine light was on as well as it was missing. They were very professional and said would be happy to take a look at it. I made the appointment, dropped off my truck and once they did their diagnostics, contacted me and stated the issue is due to the electric pressure control solenoid #4 and not the fuel injection. They made the repairs and to this day, I have had no issues with my truck.I hope this is not the norm for Express Auto & Fleet Service as to how they treat paying customers.Show more

Express Auto has been a big help. My new car developed a bad battery cell and needed to back to the dealer. Express noticed my inspection had expired and alerted me then handled it before I got a ticket ! The shop was super clean and the guys very helpful..Thanks guys ..

Went for inspection.. was failed .. li wanted me to order right now" so they could fix tomorrow! Wanted $400..I am not a "Stupid Girl". Paid my $20 and drove staight to another car shop.. with a sick feeling.. Passed inspection 20 min laterT This places a "Rip OFF"
