My wife and I got our Maremma puppy from Old Crowe Farm and had a great experience working with Jaqueline. Her communication was fantastic through the entire process, including litter updates, photos, puppy records and instructions for our new pup. Everything she told us about her farm and her dogs was spot on. The environment of Old Crowe Farm is fantastic for livestock pups with multiple working dogs on site and a wide variety of livestock to interact with. Our dog is intelligent, loyal and has great guard instinct. She's also a drop dead gorgeous animal. Highly recommended for anyone considering a Maremma.

Two friends and I had a wonderful time visiting Old Crow Farm - we had a hands on introduction to all the animals and especially the gorgeous Guinea Hogs which we are hoping to have ourselves one day. The setting is so peaceful and the atmosphere with all the farm animals is so happy. Jacqueline is very generous with her time and expertise - highly recommend for a visit or workshop!

We had an AWESOME experience at Old Crowe Farm. The farmhouse was perfect for our party of four adults, cozy yet roomy at the same time. We had a ball on the farm tour, where Jacqueline and Jim shared a wealth of experience and ideas on how to go about setting up a small farm. Helping Jacqueline to ear tag the young goats was a true blessing. We also took the canning class, and walked away with the confidence to start our own food storage program. Thank you Jacqueline for the wonderful weekend!!!Rooms: Cozy and comfortable; tastefully decorated honoring the history of the farmNearby activities: Multiple dining options within 20 minute driveNoteworthy details: Peaceful farm setting, easily walked to observe and take photos of farm infrastructure, operations, livestock, buildings, etc. for ideas on starting your own farm if that's what your interested in, or to simply get away from the hustle and bustle of city life.

We were looking for a maremma puppy to look after our 75 guineas. We got a beautiful female named Remi. She has been wonderful. Great with all our animals. We love that Jackie had a dog available. Good transaction.

Overall great place, Jacqueline & Jim are down to earth wonderful people. We have stayed at the farm 4 different times, bought livestock, took classes and just enjoyed conversations with like minded people. Our time spent at Old Crowe has developed into great friendship with Jim & Jacqueline.

Old Crowe Farm is a true gem. The rooms are charming and the host is lovely. Jacqueline runs a tight ship, everything is clean, and she is on top of every detail. We have stayed twice and enjoyed both visits ... we even saw a calfBeing born. Totally recommend!Noteworthy details: Jacqueline is busy doing farm stuff....but will take the time to show you around if you want to learn how the farm operates. The real deal!

I last stayed here with my wife and young son in December. It was nothing short of a rejuvenating experience. Coming from the big city, it was refreshing to be around the animals, breathe some cleaner air, and get our hands dirty. We enjoyed interacting with all the animals and learning about them. Jaqueline is a wealth of knowledge. This was a great stay. I loved getting to expose my son to a taste of farm life. Not only would I recommend this visit to anyone, but I would say if you don’t go you’re missing out on a little slice of heaven!

I bought a registered American Guinea Hog. She is now about a year and half old and I can’t say enough about what a great hog it is. Like no other pig I’ve ever seen she will come by calling her name and loves to interact with people when she hears her name. Not sure if the farm is still selling hogs but they sure have good line of hogs. Appreciate everything about the business I conducted with them.

We visited Old Crowe Farm to stay at the bed and breakfast and take two canning classes. We absolutely loved our experience! Staying in the old farm house was quaint, charming, and comfortable. Jacqueline was so kind, welcoming, and treated us to a lovely breakfast. We also really enjoyed the canning classes! Jacqueline is incredibly knowledgeable about canning and spent so much time teaching us and actually walking us through the canning process. We left feeling equipped to do it ourselves in a safe way. Jacqueline was also kind enough to give us a tour of her farm. It is a gorgeous, well kept farm. The animals are well cared for, and it’s obvious how passionate she is about raising the dogs and other animals that she does. We would highly recommend a visit to Old Crowe Farm and are hoping we can make a visit back ourselves!

If you're considering purchasing a maremma puppy from this or any other breeder, I would encourage you to visit the farm prior to making a deposit.

Read this before you rent this room! First they advertise a great breakfast. They state that up until covid they served bacon and eggs. Instead we received ne piece of bread and a tiny yogurt. Not a breakfast of champions. Second it was so hot and they wouldn't allow you to turn the air conditioner down a few degrees and we suffocated. Last we paid $65 for the opportunity to pick the eggs and have a little experience helping on the farm. No such thing instead they drove us around for ten minute on a golf cart and half the animals we didn't even see. Worst experience of my life. We left a day early it was so bad! After the review was posted, the owner personally text me to critize us personally. If the guest disable you should be accommodating as it was part of any business. Im finding a way to upload a pic of bread she was talking about. Its not even two inches. As for airconditioning, it was posted in her website that a guest should never touch the thermostat and should remain as is. I will give her a zero now for lying.
