My identity stolen 2022. Hackers syphinwd $ off my sons acct til he closed it. Now they have been caught doing same my acct. x2 mo. Im closing my acct too. AUB is horrible. Local bank didnt belueve us until now. Lots of $ lost cuz your software is not acceptable for us.

Every employee I've encountered has always been super friendly. They quickly handled a situation when money was stolen and I was able to get everything back promptly!

This place is horrible. Wonder what ACLU would do if they knew your bank manager called your customers slurs. As if the reviews from others isn't bad enough. I have my business account with this bank. And I last year started in May some one stolen my debit card information and used it to bought things on amazon. I didn't recived any alert email or anything from bank to let me know about those transcetion. usually i checked my statement but last year June my 2 years old daughter have a heart problem and we had sew doctors. I put all my attention and time into take care my daughter. I trusted this bank before so I didn’t check my statement really well. Until this year March , when I fielded the tax for my business and I found out this transaction and I went to bank right away got card cancel and try to got disputed. First time dispute is declined. I called Amazon and Amazon found out all this transaction made not though my account and it’s all shipped to other state. And Amazon they want to talk to Atlanta union worker and let them to make one more dispute so they can give my money back, so I went to office the lady Karen ( manager) she said not I can’t do anything, we sent you the statement it all you fail because you not check. It’s really hurting me. I tell her what my issues and what it’s happening to my day. I even can bring my daughter medicine records. I really want to said that I think she don’t have any kids. As a mother when you kids sick first thing in you life it’s your kids. And after this I try talk to her boss I been call customer service about 5-6 time to speak to Regional manager Campbell ,until now I leave a lot message she never call me back. I won’t give up I will try get help all the way I can. And I will try to find a lawyer or any one who can help me. Or if anyone have any ideas what I can do please message me.

VERY poor management. Very rude when you try to talk to them. Management sees you as a number not a human being. Tellers are nice, but they never keep the same ones. Just overall poor management.

Poor service and online banking is useless only good for checking your balance.Talking to branch employees get the since of not wanting to do anything ,and it's hopeless to call and expect to get anything done.

Absolutely ridiculous. I opt out of overdraft and NSF, but somehow they DONT cover the money AND STILL CHARGE THE FEE OF $38. I will never bank here again, closing my account didn’t phase them either. You would think I would have been refunded the $38 overtop of me closing my account but nope. They kept their fee and closed my account. That’s okay, glad to be done with these constant fees that make no sense if it is not covered. I would suggest banking anywhere but here. All they do is find ways to charge you $38.

I have been dealing with these folks for about four years when I first moved to Radford. Have always been treated well. Mrs. Smith the VP and Shane the asst. are great. One of the few businesses that still has an "old school" model where the customer truly comes first. Special kudos because they give out real Bic pens. The only reason I give 4/5 stars is because they need to pay better interest rates. Would gladly put half a million in cash here if they would raise their rates. And yes, I do have it.
