For years, we have gone here for all vape supplies. Always had good experiences with friendly, knowledgeable staff.(Edit): I had left a scathing review over a handful of negative experiences, but they've really stepped up, and certainly deserve 5 stars.

I've been a customer at this store for several years now and Kevin has always been super helpful and nice to me. I don't understand some of these negative reviews that are attacking his appearance, "Jack Harlow wannabe?" Really? What does having a genetic blessing have to do with his customer service? ? So what if he wears a hoodie? Maybe he's cold? Super nice place to shop, go check them out!

I went to tobacco hut in Radford on peppers ferry road in VA the sales man Kevin Steele was the most informative honest person I've seen in awhile I'm from wytheville and drove to hospital toi get knnee checked out i was scared it was broken and I needed surgery but need physical therapy is the employee was a great employee I need job can i work there please

I go here about 4 - 5 times a month minimum to get Delta-8 and Delta-A products only. They are almost never out of it, but its not publicly shown. You have to ask the cashier for "Wax" or "Dabs". Price per the Gram is $25 - $30 depending on the brand you get. I highly recommend only Delta-A products are they're the strongest and closest thing you can get to Delta-9. ~ Loyal Customer

Went to buy a few Zippos. Dude did not know how to ring things up, even with the price right on the zippo. Originally he was going to sell them for $4.99 each, I had about $100 in lighters. Being honest I pointed that out. His response was come back later. Really kind of sad, I won’t be back.

Unfortunately, the kid behind the counter was more interested in semantics than answering a question. When he finally got around to answering my question he forgot to mention that he didn't sell the product I was looking for in the first place. What a waste of time.
