Had an issue after I had opened some accounts and they resolved it quickly. Very friendly staff, great lollipops for the kids! Thank you

Friendly staff with lots of people on hand. Didn't have to wait even though it was busy and the banker took the time to help me optimize my accounts. Great service all around.

If you have multiple accounts, the tellers can’t withdraw or deposit into the correct one. A “banker” is never available either. I predict Truist won’t make it.

Used this bank for a little while with Square because it was the only bank locally that Square would allow Instant Deposits through, basically I pay an extra 1% and Square puts the money in right away, clearly visible in the account. However, if it is done on a Friday, the weekend, or a holiday it does not consolidate everything until the next business day. For some reason, rather than consolidate everything IN THE ORDER IT WAS MADE, they decide to add credits at the end forcing you to pay ridiculous overdraft fees that usually cost 10x that of the item that over drafted only to be told by the bank manager that they dont know what happened and they will give a partial credit rather than resolving the issue! A bank that is incapable of simple math is not the place I want to keep mine or my businesses money, I went through to many hoops trying to resolve this issue only to be told they wouldnt resolve the issue by both customer service (who apparently cant do anything) and the bank manager (who seemed to be unwilling to do the math and correct the issue even with time stamped deposits). Its no wonder Google shows 2 other permanently closed locations, with "business" tactics like this it wont be long before it happens again.
