We've been taking our babies here for a while now and I've never had anything except for excellent and compassionate care. They helped us give our senior pug the longest, comfortable life possible, and when it was time to let him go, they went above and beyond. Now they're caring for our two new babies and our senior girls.

Dr. Potter was very patient, informative and hurtful. I had 2 kittens that had been abandon and were in rough shape from fleas, ear mites, and respiratory infection. He carefully examed each thoroughly explained what I needed to do daily to help these little flurries. Withing 24 hrs of the visit both boys were jumping and playing like kittens should be. His staff is very polite and willing to help also. This wasy first visit here since my vet had retired several months ago. I highly recommend using this veteran clinic!!!

Have been going here for years with three of my cats now. One that passed and they handled it very great and were super kind during the time. My current two cats don’t necessarily like going to the vet, but they love the doctors here. They are always willing to work with your situation and that has been extremely helpful over the years.

needed help taking care of kittens who don’t have a mama cat and when i asked if they’d be able to help me watch them for just a few hours while i work, they looked at me in the eyes with 4 people sitting at the front desk saying they didn’t have enough staff to help me with them. where else are you supposed to go if all the vets in the area who get paid to deal with pets, won’t even help you deal with your pet due to laziness lol

Love this vet clinic. I'd say they're affordable, especially saying this as a college student. My dog is reactive and they're always willing to accommodate making sure he's comfortable along with other clients. My dog accidentally got into some food at home and they were even able to help me over the phone, giving me advice on how to proceed. Highly recommend them and Dr. Waddell is super kind, welcoming as well as the front desk staff!!

Don't leave without checking the names on the meds they give you THEY GAVE MY NEW $1,500 CAT THE WRONG MEDICATION ANDIT COULD HAVE CAUSED HIM LIVER DISEASE!!!!!!

Very sweet and gentle with my new puppy. She's the third dog I've had at their office and have been very happy with the service. My first dog is no longer with me and I will always appreciate the care, understanding and support of the staff during that time. Everyone was always so professional and yet very comforting. My other 2 dogs don't mind going in for checkups or vaccinations. I would highly recommend this office to anyone who has a pet they love.
