The apartments are very spacious and nice, with a great location close to campus. Residents feel safe because cameras are in the hallway and doors lock at night. The service is quick and efficient, with friendly and hospitable staff always there to help. It is a safe and great place to rent.

price-williams realty is a great company! I’ve rented from them for 2 years and have no complaints. It’s a safe place to live the doors are locked at night and they have camera's in the hallways. All the apartments I’ve been in are very spacious and nice!
