He has even become a fan of visiting Karen at the puppy hotel (boarding) when we can't take him on trips with us.”
“I drove to Pulaski from Wytheville because a list of 10 Lab/Pit mix puppies were advertised. The trip had to be made because one of the male pups was named Abel, my deceased Father's middle name. A beautiful mostly black puppy with white tips on his paws and a white chest, was most happy to go home with me!
Today, I had to lay him to rest. He has been hurting for a while with arthritis wreaking havoc. Abel had a stoke yesterday and seized all night. It was without a doubt the hardest thing I have ever done. My baby is at peace.
