I was on a long distance bike trip and my pannier got pulled into the back wheel and ripped out several spokes. The new owner of New Wheel got me in quickly and was able to do a great inexpensive repair to get me back on the trail.

I am biking the TransAmerica bicycle trail and needed to get my derailers adjusted and Keith happily took me in and fixed me up. Good people
