I would give a zero if I could. I had an appointment to have Estate Taxes done but once arriving at my appointment I was told by the accountant that she did not know how to do Estate Taxes. Since it was on a Saturday, I asked if she could at least e-file an extension until I could find an accountant to do the Estate taxes. She was even doubtful that she could do that. After she was getting errors on the software she decided it was best to print the extension form and complete it. I was literally handed a blank form to complete myself and an envelope to mail myself and was charged $99. I could have went to the library and paid 10 cents to print the form myself. All they done was print the form for me for $99. Would not recommend this office at all.

Easy to schedule an appoinment. Return completed quickly. Tax preparer was professional and pleasant to work with. Listened to my situation and reviewed my documents before starting app to make sure Ihad everything to avoid delays. Great job!

Ive had my taxes prepared here for a few years and it seems like the fees only become more and more expensive. The employees are pleasant enough but they definitely lied to me this year about how much the fees were going to be to prep my taxes. They said it would be around $110 and they ended up taking almost $300 of my already minuscule tax return. Next year I will prepare my own taxes.
