Our experience buying from Harvey’s was very pleasant. The sales lady (Riley) was very nice and knowledgeable also treated us with respect! The only thing I would say they could’ve done better was worked with us better on the trade in value but overall a very pleasant experience! Would definitely return there in the future if need another vehicle!

Scheduling a service appointment was quick and easy! Dealership has several nice areas to wait in while work is being performed. Vehicle service was completed in a short time after my arrival, and all staff members I encountered were very friendly and polite. I will be back again for service in the future!

Harvey’s was very easy to work with. I’ve purchased about 8-9 vehicles in my life and this was by far the smoothest transaction I’ve experienced to date. Thank you Cane for reaching out to me and letting me know that you guys secured the vehicle I was looking for in my price range. They allowed me to take it to work for a day to confirm that I really wanted to make the decision to purchase my lifelong dream truck.

Outstanding friendly and helpful service by the team at the service center at Harvey's.
I was on a road trip and experienced an issue with the engine misfiring on a cylinder. I searched for a nearby service center and found Harvey's. They were able to take me in, unscheduled, and got it fixed up by early the next morning. I was very lucky that it was just a bad wire to a sensor.
Luckily there was a great hotel right next to the dealership who were also very helpful and friendly.
So many thanks to the great team at Harvey's Chevrolet.

Not good! Was told after an hour of work that the engine was locked up. Once truck was hauled home to have a new engine put in cone to find out the injectors failed and dumped a ton if gas in top of engine. So a 3,000 engine was purchased well before it was actually needed bc of what we were told by harveys in radford after 1 hour with the truck.
