I'm tired of the manager with the hoodie and dry dreads accusing me of stealing! She definitely is obsessed with harassing me.In my opinion she has mental health issues and she tried to start a argument with me for talking on my own phone with headphones on! She thought I was talking about her and from the moment I moved here and stepped foot in that store she's been picking! I overheard her telling someone that I be stealing! I am going on 50 years old I work and I am also retired due to disability!

My issue with this location is that the younger black male cashier never says anything except the total, no hello or did you find everything you were looking for.nothing. He is also the worst bagger I've ever seen, he always over packs the bags, and put cleaning chemicals in 5he same bag as food items. I've have to check my bags everytime he's working to make sure nothing broke while he was bagging stuff up, it's happens a few times and they refused to replace the damaged items unless I do it right in the moment.to be fair the GM is almost never there when i have these issues , everything is wonderful when she's working. The workers mind there ps and qs when she's around.

Of course this store has been having a hard time recently- but every person I see working in here is working very hard to keep everything together and I hope they know that we see and appreciate their hard work!! <3

This store needs workers or a bell or something so they know people are at the check out ! I understand they have other responsibilities but gonna lose business for not having anyone paying attention a lot could happen also so get a bell a air horn something lol

I took my granddaughter to Dollar General on Taylor Ave in Radford to get balloons for her birthday today. What a wonderful experience we had. Ashley was working by herself, but was so kind and attentive. What a special person she is! Thank you Ashley!

I stopped in at the Dollar General Store on Tyler in Radford Virginia last week. When I first came in I seen one of the employees helping an elderly man find a card he needed to activate a phone he had purchased. This man had explained to her he had already put money on other cards and was still unable to use it. When the employee noticed there were customers ready to check out she asked the man to follow her to the register.She checked out the customers in line as well as continuing to help this man. She knew he had already spent money on other cards and knew he was unable to do this himself and out of the kindness of her own heart helped Him Get his phone activated and continued to help customers as they came in. This was not part of her job description I think the community could use more people like this young lady. She not only done her job but made this man's day by helping him. Not everybody has compassion like that so to the young lady........ keep up the goodwork!!

This store had signs saying %50 off previously marked items and when I questioned the manager she was rude and very disrespectful in front of other customers I will be filing a formal complaint I and my family have shoppwd dollar General most of our lives and work hard for our money this was uncalled for.....the manager was Nikki SM
