The employees are rude and not very smart. They can’t get my son’s much needed medication in stock, out since December, both the name brand and the generic brand, which can only be filled monthly because of its classification.Not enough employees and the ones working just don’t care anymore. Hi turn over rate which is not good for any company and I disagree with the other comment Blacksburg’s CVS’s are way better than Radford and Christiansburg’s store is better organized than Radford!

RUDE PHARMACIST! Can't find help to get checked out and management doesn't seem to care. They are sorry I felt a certain way when I called to complain about the rude pharmacist who wouldn't show me which vaccine I was getting. I'm just supposed to trust her word when it comes to what she's injecting in me? She had a problem showing me that before dispensing and administering. CVS YOUR POLICIES SUCK!

Came in at 230pm. Tried to flag a employee down for help. Looked at me like a weirdo, no help. Get to the front no cashier. It's a drug store. Some one has to verify age. Yet 4 employees walking around gossiping. Not wanting to complain ,but things could be better

The employees here as well as the pharmacist do their best. The new store manager is working hard to make the store better. They are a corporation and of course should have more employees. But the store is clean and those folks work hard. I much prefer the Radford store and the pharmacy over the CVS in Christiansburg.

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with my recent clinic visit, prompted by my daughter's strep throat diagnosis and my own experience of similar symptoms. Unfortunately, my encounter with Nurse Practitioner Warren Via fell short of expectations.From the outset, his demeanor was unfriendly, and his bedside manner left much to be desired. Despite a negative initial throat swab result, I shared my past experience at the Christiansburg minute clinic, where a false negative was later corrected with a positive retest under similar circumstances.Disappointingly, my request for a retest was declined, with Mr. Via asserting the adequacy of the obtained sample. Dismissing visible throat patches and a fever, he insisted that a negative result meant I was not sick with strep. Instead of exploring alternatives or addressing my concerns, Mr. Via recommended drinking fluids and gargling salt water, advising a retest only if symptoms persisted.The inability to obtain a retest, coupled with the suggestion of a retest in a few days—resulting in two co-pays and considerable time investment—is disheartening.As someone with multiple experiences of strep throat, and considering my daughter's strep diagnosis, I am confident in my assessment. I believe a retest could have provided more accurate results, sparing me unnecessary discomfort.Regrettably, based on this experience, I have decided not to visit this minute clinic again and instead seek the care of an actual MD.

Pharmacy is frequently closed with 0 notice other than signs inside the store. If you are so understaffed that you cannot stay open, hire more people. If you cannot find people that are willing to work there, maybe reflect on the work conditions or management because this is ridiculous.

Got diagnosed for RSV Friday after Thanksgiving! Could not get my scripts filled till Monday 3 days later! Landed up paying more for them because CVS would not release them. Now they are calling me saying they have filled them so pretty sure I should not be getting them filled a second time! Dangerous CVS!

I would give the no stars if I could. This has to be the worst pharmacy in the area. Was on hold for over an hour and no one answered the phone.

This was once a reliable and convenient pharmacy. That is the case no longer. They don't have consistent hours and seem utterly incapable of handling controlled substances like gabapentin. I have pulled all my scripts from this pharmacy.

Went to pick up a prescription today and they where closed. I was in there yesterday and they had no signs posted that they would be closed till Monday next week! How does a company only open the pharmacy two days a week. Would never recommend that you get your prescription here. Avoid at all costs!
