Had an amazing time dropping in on Foster and his crew. They made me feel right at home, before work in our way through a punishing strength session and WOD. Top shelf equipment and facility, but if you're a CF'er you know it's really about the people, and CFR delivers 100%!

I'm traveling for work and had the opportunity to drop in for a workout today! Super great gym! Everyone was really friendly and welcoming, the coach was awesome and the WOD was killer, I mean great!! I'd definitely recommend this studio. Thanks for the workout guys! �
