Lived here for a year with my roommate. They are extremely dishonest about charges when moving out even when you have proof and pictures. They charged over a 1000 dollars in damage and wear and tear that was there previously. When going about fixing this issue they have an “accountant” that is in Texas that you can only email to get figured out. The staff will not help all and above anything they are dishonest. I’m attaching all of the images of this run down apartment the day we moved in a year ago. They see you as a bank rather than a tenant , do what you will with this information so you do not have to go through the same thing ! There are much better and honest apartments in radford . Stay away.

Copper Beech offers a convenient place to live! You are close to so many things that surround area has to offer. The stayed in the garden apartments and our apartment windows faced the sun in the evenings which made it very hot during the hotter months even with air conditioning, but allowed it to be warmer in the colder months. I will say that the apartments can be loud with having neighbors, but you will have that with any apartment complex. So if you’re not happy with hearing neighbors during the day or night, you’ll want to take that into consideration before moving here. Although my wife and I didn’t take part in any of the activities on the property, there was always something the management had schedule for residents to do — pool parties, games and arts and crafts — which would be a good way to get to know your neighbors! The manage staff are very knowledgeable, friendly and eager to assist with any need you might have. They also have a fantastic maintenance crew that responds to request always in a timely manner and are respectful and friendly! As for the negative reviews regarding move out fees, we were not charged any upon move out! The best I can say is to leave the apartment better than the way you found it! It’s not your property, so don’t trash the place and you’ll perfectly fine! My wife and I enjoyed our time at Copper Beech and would recommend them to anyone looking for a nice place to live with friendly staff onsite!

The people at Copper Beech Radford have been nothing short of amazing and welcoming. From the beginning, Kayla in the leasing office was so helpful. Kirby and Jamie followed suit. They were so kind and answered all of my questions. The maintenance men Nick and Jacob even went the extra mile and helped me get my couch into my apartment. Thank you guys so much!

They've made the whole move in experience as painless as possible. I've lived here for a few years now and the office staff are so nice and so helpful whenever I have any questions or need any help. The current maintenance staff are super helpful too and they usually have any issues fixed within a day or two but recently it's been as little as a few hours!

Copper Beech has been an amazing place for me so far. The staff specifically Kayla and the Maintenance team has been helpful through my entire experience here. I definitely recommend looking into a place here if you’re looking to rent.

I'm a new resident here and just moved in. Throughout the entire process so far, the staff (office and maintenance) have been polite and professional. All payments are handled online using a linked bank account, which is extremely convenient and more 21st century than having to go through the hassle of personal checks or money orders. On-site office is nice and convenient. My unit is better so far than the last apartment I had in Salem. There have been just a couple minor issues come up that I trust can be resolved here in the next few days without needing to formally escalate. The location is more convenient for me. I'm 35 and work a 12 hour night shift, so the college town scene isn't for me, but the location allows me to bypass most of the Radford traffic and college. I'm really hoping that things continue to go well. Right now it seems like I'll enjoy living here and return the favor by being a good tenant.

It was a simple move in, check in was between 12-3pm and it went by smoothly. The rentistry is annoying to unsubscribe from, but otherwise it was a good experience documents wise. Everyone is really nice and helpful, it’s also very affordable and well taken care of.

Hi yall :)
So far, I'm a new Copper Beech resident and I'll say that so far so great! I'm thrilled to say the least and I'm so so appreciative of the community based staff. This is the first time I've ever got a place to myself all on my own and I don't think I could've done so as easily as I did if it was with any other leasing company. Definitely consider Copper Beech when searching for places! :)

I wish I lived here sooner!
As a former radford student, I wish I decided to go with Copper Beech for my first apartment in radford. I sadly went through a terrible experience with a different leasing company, but it brought me to choose copper beech instead. The staff are all very welcoming and friendly, as well as the community and environment. It’s so easy to make friends or have conversations with your neighbors here at CB. There’s even a bus to take you into campus or around town! 100% recommend it to all radford students.

So I have a sliding glass door and a sliding screen door. Both are old and there really isn't a lot that can be done about them. But I have to say when bucky came to fix the door he ended up having to read to my 1 yr old. While he was here he played with my son who was in awe of him. Thank you for being so kind and for playing with my baby boy! It really made our day!

The internet is dog water, it's the most unreliable internet. You could get better internet on mars. You would be better off trusting a guy named Shady McBackstab with your packets. You can't finish a task without the internet disconnecting for no reason
