When I lived in Radford, I had a few experiences with this company that; in my opinion, warrants a one-star review: I would give it less than one star if possible. The garage thought I needed new windshield wipers after just one year. They would not pass my inspection if I didn't purchase a new pair. This is/was the local AAA representative in the area as well. Both times I received AAA assistance from this garage, I felt as if I was a burden to them and it appeared to be a major hassle. They also have/had the towing contract with Radford University and are keen to start towing as quick as possible based on my observations. These are my opinions but I thought so little of the gas station that I would drive past the location to get to the next location just to get gas. I hope this review helps college students in the area or those that are just passing through. Again, these are my opinions and I found it necessary to relay them on Yelp!
