The guy with the beard the evening of 3/17 was SO nice and friendly. Made my evening. He even checked each box to make sure everything was right. 10/10 will come back.

The girl at the front was very nice and I know it was busy but I ordered the 8 boneless wings and got 4 small wings and then 3 crumbs, not even the correct amount.

Ordered at 8:38, email advised delivery at 9:12pm. Received a text at 9:21pm saying our order would be delivered by DoorDash (even though we did not order via DoorDash) at 10:00pm. At 9:48pm I received a debit card notification that my payment was refunded. We immediately called the Pizza Hut store who advised they canceled my order. No phone call, nothing.Things happen, but communication & transparency go so far. They offered to “comp” our next order… but no thanks. We were just reminded why we prefer to prepare our own food at home.This review is just a heads up for folks who may experience similar.

Employee was friendly and honest. We ordered personal pans. They taste better than the regular pizza.

The pizza was excellent and the employees were great and hardworking. My only complaint is the new computer system is horrible. Corporate needs to go back to the old computer system until they fix the bugs in the system. I waited 3.5 hours to get my pizza.

This has to be most expensive junk I've ever bought and had delivered. Online ordering was down. Took an extra 35 minutes to deliver so am hour and fifteen minutes total. Food showed up wrong, cold and didn't even send everything ordered and I spent 60.00???

I would like to start by saying the staff was friendly and professional but the pizza ? we ordered was dry. I'm sure this was a one off event and probably won't happen again.

The pizza was good, but I think they forgot the green bell peppers. We ordered the Super Supreme. They have a deal for it, but It seemed like we got skimped on a lot of the veggies.I also don't get why they charge you for a topping (I chose half jalapenos) if you order a pizza and ask not to add certain toppings (in our case I asked for no beef and ham). They put barely any jalapenos and charged me $1.50 or something and I could have bought a pound of jalapenos for that price. Way less money than meat. It used to work to switch toppings up in the app, but maybe since influencers shared the "hack" Pizza Hut put a stop to it. Not cool in my opinion. Other than that, it was good. The pan crust is my fav.I also really liked the new Cheesecake Melt. Some influencers I like to watch recommended it and I agree that it is yummy!
