I have been a customer for a couple years and never had any issues until recently. The woman who works the front is very judgemental and byist. I was polite and respectful and yet she felt I deserved to have her roll her eyes at me and sigh like I was inconveniencing her in some way. I was made to feel like I had done something wrong. Nothing will come from this but I just wanted it out there.

Units did the job when we needed storage for a entire house. Prices could be a bit lower considering the area but nothing outlandish

If I had to pick a place again it would not be here. I had one of the largest storage units they have a there is NO LIGHTS in them. I had a horrible leak and it took an act of congress for someone to fix it and then the Duct tape they used to tape the ceiling plastic came off again! Two times water got all over my stuff. One Saturday we were going to get Everything Out before it rained on Sunday. We pulled up with a trailer we borrowed for the day ONLY for the gate not operable. It said my account had been suspended. That was impossible because I was on Auto Pay!!! There was no number to call because the office is closed on weekends. I called to sherif office to see if they had a number to call incase the place had an emergency and they didn't have one. Finally on Sat evening a lady called and gave me a code to use and we were able to get in, but it was too late on Sat and it rained around noon on Sunday. They do have a number on the side of the building now if you need it For emergencies. I have a unit in Mechanicsville now that is really nice. Just be cautious if you rent here, look at the ceiling well and try not to get a unit by a gutter.
