WOW.. Seen. Other reviews and exactly the same problem with the rude lady aka karen. Had a confrontation minutes after parking my truck for no reason but to enforce the no parking signs. Lady get a life.
Your job is inside not outside. Clean and maintain those nasty restrooms. Been coming here for a while now since they open and now she gets on my business. She need a new job but not customer service.

No window washing liquid to be found - all tanks empty. Asked and attendant who was starting to empty trash for window washing or water for their wipers and was ignored. Trash cans overflowing near all the gas pumps and in their bathrooms this is at 2pm in the middle of the week. Bathrooms without soap dispensers or any way to dry your hands. Too many other gas options available close to this one that I’d never stop here again. 1/5

The QR code for contactless payment is actually just a link to sign up for their rewards program, not to pay for gas. That's trashy. So then we left and went somewhere else. It's 2023, get tap to pay

Filthy and Unsanitary - Avoid Mobil Gas StationMy visit to the Mobil gas station on Pocahontas Trail was nothing short of a nightmare. The parking lot was marred by a repulsive pile of feces, indicating a complete lack of cleanliness and basic hygiene. I strongly advise avoiding this Mobil gas station at all costs.

Don't bother going there, pumps will be out of order or the card reader won't read your card. Just drive the 100ft to BP next door.

You offer loyalty rewards. Only if you have a physical card. Even though the POS machine ask for your phone number attached to your rewards. This method doesn't work with either ExxonMobil or FASrewards. ?
