I had a great experience with Bottoms Bridge Tire and Auto Care! No complaints! Their price for the work I needed was much lower than a quote I received from another auto shop! Plus I received a Veterans discount ontop of that! Their staff is courteous and professional! Everything about my service there was A+!!! And my car is driving great!!! I would highly recommend Bottoms Ridge as the place to take your car for service.

We broke down In New Kent county. Got towed by Dennis towing and they recommended these people. First,they called us and asked did we want to fix our door as well as fixing our vehicle. Then, they called with a diagnosis and said they think changing the spark plugs would fix the problem and said it would cost $1,000.24. Anyone in there right mind knows it doesn’t cost that much to change sparks. We had changed 5 on the day we broke down believing that would fix it ourselves and we had minimal tools in Advance Auto parking lot. The vehicle is an 8 cylinder but we couldn’t get to the last 3 with the tools we had. With all that said we had all brand new spark plugs and coil packs in vehicle. So,they didn’t have to go out and buy it but after we rejected on that price and told her how much we paid for the sparks and coils she instantly went down $300 dollars. Big time ? as we did research and it cost between 100-300 dollars with labor and all to change spark plugs!After all that we decided it’s best we get it towed home so that we could get it fixed locally. We finally got a towing company to go out and get it for us but once he got there they would not let him take it because they said we owed 120.00 for a diagnostic.Damn shame the same diagnostic they did a guy on a motor bike drove to us at the place we broke down ,hooked up a diagnostic machine and we had 2 codes. There was no charge for that for it took less than 2 minutes! So, why would this company charge us for doing the same thing!! Plain old crooked!! Knowing that we aren’t local they took advantage of the opportunity of doing nothing and profiting $120.00!! If your out of town and break down near them don’t have your vehicle towed to this auto mechanic!! They are some crooks!!!!

I have been a Bottom Bridge Tire customer for 15+ years. I have always gotten good service and fair pricing. My most recent experience was exceptional. My truck was dropped off early in the week and I noticed than they had a lot more vehicles than usual - most of which presumed to be waiting on service. I was warned of a longer than normal turnaround and in effort to get my vehicle back to me the same week, the staff/mechanics actually stayed after hours on a Friday to finish the job and get it back to me. Would definitely recommend BBT to folks in the area needing tires and service.

On my way to vacation my vehicle had a coolant leak and overheated. This shop was able to fit me in right awa and the mechanic did agreat job repairing my van. Everyone was very friendly and efficient. Top job everyone - highly recommended!

I had a wonderful experience with the customer service at this shop! I brought my vehicle in for a state inspection and possible brake issues, and the mechanic was great about keeping me informed. They called me before making any repairs to explain the issues and give me a price quote. In the end, the final bill was much lower than I expected because they didn't have to do everything they originally thought. I've had bad experiences with shops in the past trying to upsell me on unnecessary repairs, so I was relieved that this shop was honest and didn't take advantage. I'm grateful for their transparency and will definitely be returning in the future.

Excellent service, as usual. This place will only recommend what is necessary and safe, not for padding their profit margin. Prices are very reasonable and competitive, quality always excellent, and turnaround time is incredibly quick. I've been using this place for over 5 years and have never had a problem or question about their services.

Once again, the pros at Bottoms Bridge Tire & Auto saved the day. For some strange reason, while just sitting in our driveway, my wife's Honda Accord back right wheel locked up and would not rotate. I tried moving the car and wheel just stayed immobile. I spoke with Sonny at BBT&A and had the car towed over. He replaced the brake shoes and drums and the car was ready in a couple of days. Always a professional job! We've been using BBT&A for about 16 years without any issues on our two vehicles. The technicians and office staff always are informative, friendly and courteous.
