Couldn't help because they couldn't get the internet to work. Took 20 minutes of telling me that my card was the problem before figuring it out.

I could not believe the employee here refused to assist me with a package that was improperly shipped out at another location. Although clearly marked, two packages were shipped to me instead of to my friends. I asked for assistance in processing the refund and properly shipping the items out since I was too far to make it to the original post office and obviously I have trust issues that they'll do it correctly now. This woman absolutely refused to help me. I said I honestly don't understand - it's all under The United States Post Office. She says nope, can't help, sorry. I called the main HQ post office number and the employee apologized for the interaction, said any post office could have helped me and she put the ticket in for me. It took less than 10 minutes. Seriously not the hardest thing to do and could have been a really pleasant interaction instead of me walking out of this building dumbfounded and annoyed.

The location is full of @#$& slackers! Visited at 0900 last Saturday to send a package and waited in the lobby until 0910 for someone...anyone to unlock the door and start working. Didn't matter how much knocking I did, no signs of life.Today, Friday, I stopped in at 1600 to mail another package...again, the door is locked and no one answers. I guess the hours posted are just a #@$& punchline to these getting PAID deadbeats! I look forward to the demise of the USPS!

I've sent packages to my son, on base, several times using Flat Rate boxes. This time I used my own box. I received a notice of "insufficient address - person unknown." I called and verified the address then called USPS to file a claim. I was ensured that the package would be sent back to base. I then received a notice saying it was sent back to Quantico, VA post office. Later, received another notice saying it was sent back to sender "insufficient address." I called the Quantico Post Office and spoke with a lady who said it was being sent back to me. I told her I opened a claim and asked if she wanted the confirmation number. She said they don't handle that - which is the exact opposite of what I was told on 8/17/2022. There was time sensitive items in the package. I felt like they had better things to do than help. I hope she was just having an "off" day because now we have to figure out what we have to do.

One of the best Post Offices I’ve been to. It might be because it’s on a Military Installation. The Post Master (Mrs. Alicia) runs a “tight ship”. All staff has consistently been courteous and helpful. Over the last year a lot of their retail staff have since changed which is why I am giving 5 Stars!!!

I wanted to thank the staff of this postal office. I sold a laptop through eBay recently, but quickly learned someone's account had been hacked, and the item had been bought without authorization. I called this post office immediately, and was given the number to the post office in FL, where the package was destined. At no additional charge to me, I was able to stop the package at the next distro center, and am now having it shipped back to me, saving me around $650. Thanks again for the help!
