“Excellent work and service. I’m not from this area so finding a trustworthy shop has been a challenge. I definitely recommend Steve’s Auto. For example, I was having an issue with my car shifting gears and assumed the problem involved the transmission (No error codes or indicators). They told me “let’s start small and work our way up. I’ve seen MAV sensors cause this issue.” Sure enough that was it! I will bring all my vehicles here.”
“My family went to Caton's for the 15 years they lived in Woodbridge, and we were always happy with their work on a variety of cars. They communicate well and didn't talk down to me, a nervous college student. The ability to drop off cars after-hours made doing so incredibly simple because I could go with someone after work, instead of scrambling to rearrange our schedule. As a college student, I was driving 700 miles each way on breaks, and keeping my car running was important--knowing that we had trustworthy people reduced a lot of stress.Even after I graduated and stayed in my college city, when it was possible I used Caton's when I visited parents for the holidays--not because there are no good mechanics in my city of residence, but it was a relief to know that if I needed something routine or minor, that there was a place I could take my car to while visiting, instead of scrambling to get that done before leaving my city.My family recently moved away, and they're all sad about having to find a new mechanic. “Bought my car used and a headlight went out. Went to get it fixed but there was after-market work done and 2 places told me they couldn’t fix it but I was referred to Quality Tire. I took it to them and before I could even get through the IKEA which is a short walk away they called me and told me it was done. Will definitely go to them again”

“ive come to the place often to get my tires placed or other services and i have never been disappointed, however there is one new worker there that ruined my last experience there. he is very shady and i wouldn't ask for him to replace my tires, id ask for the owner himself or other workers that aren't the shady worker, which are trust worthy. i have seen other people also complain about the shady worker in the reviews as well who has done a bad job for them. i say this shouldn't discourage you from going and just ask for the owner to help out or atleast ask for him to supervise the work they're doing on your car if the shady worker is doing your tires, i think his name is mavin or something.. as i said, ask for anyone else to help out besides the shady worker, this is still a great establishment and that shouldn't discourage people from going here because this is my go to place for years!”
“95 for a used tire is outrages a month before they were 78 now 95 and that’s the second time you guys raise prices other places have them for 70 so I had to go somewhere else other than that great service and very good at what they do just too expensive for used tires”

“I must say, with this being my first experience with this shop was a true eye opener, the tech discovered things on my vechile I probably would of never known, the tech also at the front desk explained to me step by step all details I needed in order to fix my vechile. The shuttle driver was pleasant and inviting, the site was clean and had a good atmosphere. I have some money to save it to get the work done but I'm confident they will complete the job to a degree that I will become a customer for life.”

“First experience I had a transmission code on a 2016 Nissan Altima. Called them I think (John) let him know I had a after market warranty. They told me bring it in I believe on a Thursday. If you have ever dealt with a warranty company they don't approve to many claims if the shop isn't precise and detailed. Everyday he called to give me an update. It turned out the transmission needed a throttle body. They handled everything with the warranty company and had the car ready on Saturday. When I picked it up I noticed it needed inspection and they took care of that as well. All around great experience. I will not take my cars anywhere else from now on. Great service,very knowledgeable staff,great prices and fast turn around.”

“Incredibly kind, knowledgable, and helpful service. I took in a used car that I was considering buying to have a general inspection done. Immediately Paul, the mechanic, noticed several major issues with the engine and air bag systems. We ended up talking with him for nearly an hour, with him giving incredibly in depth and helpful advice about what to look for in used cars, reliable brands, and brands and systems to watch out for. I decided against buying the car I brought in, and when I went to pay Paul refused, saying that he didn't have to do anything. However, Paul's advice saved me from a likely very bad purchase. “Excellent service, never disappoints. My family has lived in the area for many years and we’ve stuck with Featherstone Auto since they opened. A while back they helped with an inspection and after failing, they provided honest and helpful advice on how to fix it and avoid problems in the future. More recently, my car brakes began to grind (sing) which was the signal for new brake pads and rotors since I’d been avoiding that for a long while. Andres answered the phone each time I called to annoy him with questions and concerns. He promptly addressed any concerns over the phone and when I was there to drop off/ pick up my vehicle. He informed me that Jesse had worked on my car so it wouldn’t sing anymore. I appreciate their work in fixing my car quickly and addressing any concerns. “I made an appointment to get all of my tires replaced because ran them down to almost no tread, this was my first time having to take my car to get new tires!The guy in the front was nice and easy going, recommended good tires for my car. DIDN’T try to sell nor was he being pushy into having me do other services that I don’t need to get done like some dealerships or other places I’ve been to, which is very much appreciated 100% would recommend coming here, but make an appointment if you can they are busy.”

“The workers in the Firestone on Quantico are very professional and provided great customer service. The representative at the front desk gave me options and prices of different types of tires that fit my vehicle(run flat and non run flat) and I scheduled the service.I made the decision for non run flat and the mechanics replaced all four tires on my Mercedes-Benz C300 2018 for 1K dollars. Saved $500 hundred dollars because the Mercedes-Benz dealership would have charged an estimate of $1500 easily.The service took about two hours based on the work load they had that afternoon. Overall, Great place if you have access to Quantico base.”
