“Top notch craftsmanship at an unlikely location. The Indian Head NEX hosts master barber, Mr. Ronel. Every one of the half dozen haircuts I’ve received so far has not only exceeded my expectations of a military exchange but of any barbershop I’ve ever visited. The man has an intuitive sense for what the customer wants and an understanding of style. Shear work and clipper work are both 5 star quality. Highly recommend the trip if you have access to this exchange.”

“Good place for women's clothing, good quality and different styles, just what a woman needs can be found at jcpeney, a little more expensive but well worth it. Like blouses, dresses, pants, you can find them there in different sizes and tastes. The only detail and inconvenience is that there are not enough ATMs, only 1 or 2 if there are 5 customers, the line does not leave until after an hour to an hour and a half.”
“Great finds at this Ross!! The store is a bit chaotic and unorganized, but the selection is huge. Dressing rooms were clean and the attendant was friendly. The line was long with only 3 cashiers working, but, it was worth the finds! Found some good designer shirts for $10-$13 each.”

“My 5 star review is strictly for Eddie in the Auto Center. Thank you!!! Great customer service and follow through!! I warned him when he answered my call, and apologized in advance, of my frustration about an online tire order (debacle). He maintained a great attitude and reassured me he would get it resolved. He stayed in contact with me and did exactly what he said he would do!!! When we went to pick up the tires, Eddie was just as pleasant in person!! Definitely an asset!!! As for the online tire order experience that took almost 2 weeks … won’t make that mistake again.”
