“I took my car towards the end of July and met John. He gave me great service for my old Toyota Sienna; he changed/replaced the catalytic converter and the muffler in 2.5 hours! The price for the service was very reasonable. When he was doing the service itself, he called me over so that he could explain and demonstrate in detail the conditions of each part that needed to be replaced, where the issue was, and why my engine light came on. I liked and appreciated this alot. He seemed to be a very honest person and I would definitely recommend this place.”

Repair costs are priced out fairly and can get an estimate upon request to decide whether you want the work done or not. “Im new to VA and went here for my inspection & emissions test. First of all, i had a slight attitude that i had to do any of this since i came from a state that didnt require it. But respectful staff and a man at the reception desk who answered all my "what to do next" questions without seeming bothered, quickly diffused that. I came in the middle of the day, and there was a line before me, but I still only waited an hour. Price seemed reasonable although tbh I really have nothing to compare it to. Sitting there, I noticed that they had a lot of "regulars" which is always a great sign of a good mechanic. I highly recommend them. I normally go to the overpriced dealership to service my car, but I would go here again.”

But I no longer reside where I used to and so I came here to where my BIL and mother have been coming. I came in to fix my AC that was blowing out nothing but hot air. My ac works fine now! Edwin is absolutely fantastic and will tell you to the point of what you need. Reasonable price and honestly I trust them with anything of my car.”

“This center is awesome and has an exceptional staff. They have all been closed on the joint bases in the NCR, leaving us at the mercy of dealers for $200-300 oil changes, because were are all apartment dwellers. Finding an adequately staffed, technically competent, and honest VW service center near DC is difficult and I have saved about 3K in the two years I've been doing my maintenance here.”
