I had a prescription called in by 11 AM. I called to check on it at 2:15 PM and was told it would be ready in 20 minutes. When I went to pick it up at 3:30 PM, I was told it was not ready, but would be in 20 minutes. No apology. No prescription. Just poor customer service.When I was able to pick up the prescription around 5 PM, I overhead another customer voicing concern about her prescription not being ready, but no one communicating that information to her.In my experience with this pharmacy and based on the conversation I overhead, this type of service is far more the norm than the exception.

Hate hate hate Walgreens! They chased the WONDERFUL Rite-Aid out of town, and we are now stuck with terrible service and sub-par products. BRING BACK RITE-AID!!!

Their Pharmacy and vaccinations department are completely disorganized and poorly communicative. I had appts scheduled for the flu shot for all 6 of my family members. We waited 1hr to be seen and 5 of those appt times had passed by. I asked at the 45min mark how much longer and their response was that they were making the kids' accounts and didn't forget about us. Then we waited another 15min, again with absolutely no communication on their end and I couldn't wait any longer. I went back up to the counter, the employee had absolutely nothing to say so I told them to canceled all our appts and give me my cards back. No apology, nothing. Biggest waste of time and poor communication on their end. I will never return, ever.

The place was clean and all. I went in to get a flu shot and usually I go to the one in Winchester to get mine but since i was headed towards dc I decided to stop here to get it. I had registered online so I didn’t have to worry. But when I got here today the person giving me the shot was telling me to sit down when I was asking him where to put my sweatshirt. He kept saying “please sit down” in which he kept rudely interrupting me. After that he told me to stay in the pharmacy for 10-15 minutes although I had just gotten a flu shot. But at the one in Winchester they said I could just leave or stay around.

Friendly staff, but picking up prescriptions is an adventure. Sometimes they are ready, other times, despite having the prescriptions called in a few days earlier makes no difference, they only start to fill once you are there waiting. Appears to be insufficient staffing.

The nicest lady (I think her name was Kathi Lee) help me return a package via Fed Ex. She had a lot going on and was still so helpful and made my Walgreens experience so great. She didn’t get stressed out with the long lines and focused on helping me. I really appreciate her help.

This is by far the worst pharmacy I have ever dealt with. I was placed on hold for two hours trying to speak to someone. It initially said there were two people ahead of me, then one then I was next and then they disconnected me. I called directly back in and now there were four people ahead of me. I tried again the next morning and this time it said there were more than three people ahead of me. After an hour I gave up and called Walgreen corporate. They opened a report issue and said they would contact the store and ensure someone get right back to me. Three hours later and nothing. I finally found another Walgreens further away that actually answered their phone and will have my meds later today. I normally use Costco but this one particular brand was only available at Walgreens. I will never use this location again.

Every time I go to pick up a called in prescription, the line is 6-10 people deep and takes over a half hour! I don't understand what takes so long to process prescriptions if they haveultiple personnel working in the back and have one processing those in line thar many I suspect only need to pickup already processed items And they have now reduced hours to close at 6p. Ridiculous. Need to rethink their management and structuring. And as I am Writing this I am still 6 deep in line and not moving.

The worst ever. I came for rapid covid test last night, 2 hour turnaround HA. 20 hours later and still nothing. Standing in 7 deep line again waiting to get to counter. Seems they talk to customer ad then go back to process their requirement. Like a circus with no ringmaster. Will never get my custom again

I'd give zero stars if I could. Worst pharmacy on EARTH. Average of a week to 10 days to fill an eyedrops prescription. Literally a bottle of eyedrops so there's no counting pills, just putting the box in a bag, yet somehow even this simple task is beyond the abilities of this place's employees. Lines are always approximately an hour long. Insanely slow techs & pharmacist. Get your prescription filled ANYWHERE else, even if it's an hour drive away... you will absolutely save yourself time. What a joke!!!

Worst customer service imaginable, there's NO management. Supposed manager I spoke with blames deficiencies on lack of personnel, however, the pharmacy had at least eight people there and I had to wait 1 1/2 hrs after my appointment for a flu shot. Subsequently, on a follow up for Covid booster I waited 45 minutes after my appointment to be told they had no Moderna available. Go to Giant or Purcellville Pharmacy to get vaccines, Walgreens is a clown show.
