Do not let one star fool you bc it is zero stars. Every single time I go there to pick up a prescription it is not ready. They tell they are really busy. What is the point of having a system to have RXs ready ahead of time if the business refuses to fill them unless you show up and wait.

By far the worst pharmacy I've ever been to. I finally switched to another in town. We've been with different Walgreens for years. Never again. Such a shame because I love the app. The lines are always long. The pharmacy staff are so bored and apathetic. The drive thru takes a minimum of 20 minutes. The time I tried to get my vaccine I waited 45 minutes and finally left.

The pharmacy has always had it's issues but during covid and afterward, it just isn't great. The lines are always out the door or the drivethru is backed up at all hours. I know that the pharmacy life is complicated and busy ( I am a former Pharmacy Tech) and there is only so much that really can be controlled but they hire people who are not great with customer service issues. They are disorganized and often almost unapproachable. They don't want to be confronted by customers that have questions or issues because they act like they are constantly under water. They really need to step up the game here. The only reason I go back is because it is in my town. I started using them during the pandemic so I didn't have to go inside but now, there are other pharmacies that I would rather go to, if this is the constant business model. Curious if anyone from Walgreens corporate even watches reviews.I feel bad complaining, given that I know these folks work VERY hard, and I am not taking that for granted. I think they need to be better at communicating and making sure people feel heard. I don't think patients/customers need to go in and be rude and belligerent and self entitled, but there needs to be a better system in place to support the pharmacists and the staff, so it can run more efficiently. Walgreens is a huge company not a mom and pop pharmacy. They should be training people better and have the right people in place to offset the frustration. Hire people to answer the phones and have staff available to answer questions.

The nicest lady (I think her name was Kathi Lee) help me return a package via Fed Ex. She had a lot going on and was still so helpful and made my Walgreens experience so great. She didn’t get stressed out with the long lines and focused on helping me. I really appreciate her help.

The pharmacy is terrible. Long lines, understaffed, the online prescription system is always wrong, and the barrage of emails, text messages, and phone calls which are almost always wrong, is a waste of everyone's time.They are grossly understaffed and struggling under their customer prescription system which is broken and causing them lots of extra wor.

The absolute WORST pharmacy in the planet. If you value your time, go elsewhere. Believe me when I tell you that you will NEVER spend less than 20 minutes at this pharmacy. I have never spend less than 40 myself and the record of the longest I have waited for ONE medication has been a whooping 87 minutes !! Staff is nice but I incredibly slow and … so ignorant of their own systems. It is so frustrating to deal with this pharmacy.

If I could give a -5 star rating, I would. Horribly, managed. I’m so big on supporting local and just cannot do it with this particular Walgreen’s location. So convenient by location but always a negative experience. Specifics… where do I begin?

If this was the last pharmacy on the planet I would rather die than go here again. When you have to wait for an hour every time you go in, perhaps it's time to change Pharmacies. I have been using this Walgreens since 2017. It's always been disorganized and service is ALWAYS SUPER SLOW. This week they decided to delete my VERY IMPORTANT psychiatric medicine, as if I have never been on it. I am done. I've moved to CVS near my work and they are filling my script. No issues, no wasted time. I feel like I deserve all the time back I've wasted in line.

The place was super quiet on Sunday morning, not many people inside other than staff working on inventory. I got almost all I needed but not everything was available on sizes or portions that I needed. It was super clean inside and outside the building, they can definitely use a self checkout option as I had to wait for someone to help me ring my stuff... not a biggie as I was not in a hurry but it can get annoying eventually.

Never see any drive through to get medication. Take at least 30 minutes if my prescriptions is already done I should be driving up and pick it up and go not sit and wait. i’ve been customer at Walgreen for years this is unacceptable’s

I had a good give zero stars I would. This is the second time my teenage daughter has expressed to me that the employees in the store treat her like she’s a criminal and that she’s stealing things for no reason. She was told that she needed to tie her dollar dollar tree bag (I had craft supplies in it) in order to shop around the store “for her safety”. What does that even mean? When I called a manager to talk about it, I was met with a bad attitude and a very condescending tone of voice. Terrible customer service.

Providing a pharmacy service seems pretty straight forward to me. From my experiences...this is the WORST pharmacy I've encountered in my life. We started using Walgreens in Nov 2022 and they've made mistakes to my sons asthma medicines TWICE, their lines are long, and their staff is slow. They don't stock medicines appropriately...this place is truly horrendous. I won't be using them anymore.

I called the store twice today and both calls I was on hold for 2 HOURS before the call got cut off. I'm trying to find out why a prescription has not been filled yet?. UPDATE: They were responsible for a 4 day delay in transferring a prescription to another store. Pharmacy does not answer the phone due to "short-staff".
