Yikes - Google says open until 8:00. We just showed up right before 7:30 and it’s completely dark and closed. We literally came to discuss switching from AT&T, but this is not a great vote of confidence. Maybe we’ll try again? Not sure.

Worst store there is!! No staff to help customers and super slow service! I even had an appointment but after an hour wait I left. The staff member could not even check out the customer and was talking with Verizon on his phone to figure it out.
The store is a disaster ! Steer clear please!

Don't understand the positive reviews at this location. We went in to purchase a new phone, but I'm still confused about the whole transaction. Everything we currently have is wrong and substandard and apparently we need to upgrade everything. We probably got a bit defensive, but we were definitely put in that position. The manager is only there to tell you to purchase new everything, but they didn't have what we wanted! He was very condescending and rude.The other salesman told us they had recorded the whole thing when he heard us discussing our discontent. That sounded threatening. We left and will never go back. They are just there for the hard sell.

This is not necessary reflection on staff but on Verizon - was told by Verizon certain item is in stock when it actually wasn’t. Complete waste of the trip.

On the plus side, getting my new iphone was easy and faster than going to the Apple Store. On the negative side, I'm disappointed in how they handled (or refused to handle) a problem I encountered with the "screen guard" they sold me for $40. ONE WEEK after they installed the screen guard on the phone, it cracked. When I took it back to the store, they said it had a lifetime warranty, but did I register the product with the manufacturer of the screen guard? No? Well then, there's nothing we can do for you. Wait- what? Why not reach behind you, grab a new one off the shelf, and install it for me, and say "sorry for the inconvenience". The attitude of the guy in the store bordered on combative. The woman in the store seemed intimidated by the guy, she's the one I bought the phone from. It was an awful vibe, and I left because it seemed like the guy was more interested in arguing than helping. The Apple Store isn't convenient, but they NEVER would have let me leave disappointed. It's a shame.

Arrived at 5p, sales rep was sitting in her car and then left. Store closed and hour early, with no notice to public!! Left work a little early so son could get his new phone!!

VERIZON IN GENERAL.1. Cussed out twice in the past month by customer service and financial services.2. Cut service multiple times before payment was due. Had rep argue saying service was Cut because the bill was due on the 18th. The current date was the 13th.3. Cut service when payment was made with a different card not listed on the account.4. Cut several times in one week for no reason.5. Got transferred multiple times and was charged 10 dollars per transfer. Charged a total of $80.00 for one phone call. Issue never resolved.6. Cut an entire line for which I just bought a brand new S22 Ultra 5G when I asked about putting it in vacation mode. Was told I had to make payment arrangements on a phone I just bought ( the phone was less than 3 weeks old) and the situation was my fault.Verizon ended doing a bring your own phone plan???? No apology....no account credits.after years. FINALLY HAD ENOUGH....HOWEVER1. Would not allow me access back into my account to get information.2. Would only allow me to make a payment over the phone to a rep *THOUGHT THIS WAS AGAINST POLICY.....SECURED AUTOMATED SYSTEM ONLY???*3. Will not provide me with a port pin for a phone number that came from T-mobile.All of these lies, promises, deceit can be reviewed through1. Verizon system transcripts2. Email3. Text messages4. Recorded phone calls by myself and Verizon.5. Third party Witnesses....either on the phone (XFINITY) was one witness or a third party listening in.Now I see why so many people have told me they left VERIZON and still fighting this company for a phone number I have had since before Androids even existed. ?Bewarned

Avoid the Russell Cellular Verizon Store in PurcellvilleWorst service, most obnoxious sales person (John/Josh?) I have ever met in a retail establishment. In addition, when I called earlier to order a phone, and come pick it up, I was lied to by the woman who answered their phone. She said they had the model and color I wanted in stock. Based on that, I went to store to make the purchase. They did not have it, and the sales guy seemed to just want to argue with whatever I asked for or said. I got the hell out. He and the woman on the phone, wherever she was, Cassandra, should be fired.

Long wait times due to limited staff and staff was not really eager to help out. The attitude that came across from the staff at this store was "we could really care less if we help you and we are certainly not going to go out of way to do so". Very disappointed with the customer service at this location. On top of that I was told that the offer they quoted me for trading in my phone to get a new one was the exact same as the offer on the Version website. I left the store came straight home and went onto the Version website to find that was not a true statement and the offer was better online than at this Verizon store location, not to mention on the website I was being forced to upgrade my plan for an additional cost which I did not want or clearly needed to upgrade my phone. Recommend having your staff check their facts first before stating something that is not accurate. I went back to the store the next day to mention this to the same female sales rep and she could have cared less that she provided a customer with inaccurate information. Where is the customer service at this location??.......not in the store.
